Loved the Speedboats! Snuba was a cool experience - Very fun couple of hours. We were picked up on time at our hotel and made one other stop before going to the loading area. We were not interested in the souvenirs and went directly to the place where our group watched a safety video. We then got life vests and were loaded onto a boat. The boat followed close to shore and we headed out for a while. When the boat stopped and anchored a guy who was very charismatic gathered us to tell us what was going to happen and give us more safety information. They broke the large group into thirds and our group loaded onto a smaller boat and headed to a platform where they keep the speedboats. This was my favorite part of the adventure! They went faster than anticipated and we all had a blast. So much fun! After the speedboats, we took the small boat back to the larger boat and were introduced to our snuba instructor. He was terrific! It was our first time doing snuba and it was very cool. The water was not very clear and that was the biggest downside, although we did see a number of fish. Our snuba instructor lead our group of 3 and he made it a great experience. After snuba you could swim over to a reef to snorkel. The water was not very clear, there were waves, and a current that made it not so much fun. Reef in this area was not vibrant and although the snuba was very cool, I would skip the snorkel next time. On the way back to the dock they had drinks available for free. My suggestions to the company would be to explain the itinerary and what to expect before leaving the dock or shortly thereafter.
