Excellent private tour of St. Lucia - Great private tour of St. Lucia. Showed us beautiful views of the island, including the Pitons in the background. We also saw some fishing villages, went to the mud bath, and went underneath a beautiful waterfall. Highly recommend this personal excursion!

Great tour & transfer - Sheldon was a great tour guide we had a wonderful day. We used this tour as a chance to transfer down from the north of the island to the south so it was perfect

Amazing experience, Xceptional tours is phenomenal - Our amazing driver took my husband and I around St. Lucia for a snorkeling excursion on our honeymoon. My husband and I actually met our driver the day before as his company was who we went through to go on the excursion where you hike the piton, visit the mud bath and then cool off in a waterfall. We loved our driver so much and enjoyed our time with him so dearly that we texted him that night to see if he would take us out again the next day to go snorkeling. He set up everything for us, found an incredibly affordable place in town where we could rent snorkeling gear, drove us to 3 different local beaches to snorkel and waiting for us in his air conditioned van when we were ready to go on to the next. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our driver and the Xceptional tours company! You are safe and cared for with this group!

10/10 Experience!!! - John was so great on our trip to hike the Gran Piton, visit the mud baths, and cool off in the waterfall, that we had to use him and his company again for our transportation around Soufriere to snorkel at all of the top rated locations. John set up our itinerary for the day, and he arrived early to pick us up from our resort. He filled us in with information about all of our destinations on the day, and his information was fantastic. My wife and I had an excellent time snorkeling along the reefs and seeing the vibrant fish, eels, and squid! John had plenty of beverages to sip on during the day including the delicious Piton Beer. I highly suggest you use John and his company for your transportation needs around the island. You won’t regret it!

Fun at the mudbaths, waterfall and glorious views. Perfect day. - We booked a private tour, and John was our guide, and got picked up from the cruise terminal in the morning. We opted to go for a private tour (which is not something we normally do) so we can go at our own pace, pick what we would like to see and do and not have to worry about anyone else. We went to the drive through volcano (small extra charge for a 15 min tour) and the mudbaths (included) and had plenty of time at the baths to enjoy ourselves and get the most out of the experience. John kindly took photos of us throughout the baths. After we went to the nearby waterfall (included) to wash down and this was probably the best waterfall of the holiday. It is also like a hammer when standing underneath it!!! We finished up by going for lunch at The Beacon, a beautiful spot in the mountains where you could see both Pitons and had a buffet lunch which was 20 USD each (cash only). We told John we wanted good views with local food and he knew of the perfect place and this did not disappoint, so please ask him if for recommendations as this was great. We also had various photo stops during the day and John was always about to take photos of us when needed during the day. Water and other drinks are provided. We really can't fault the trip or John and would definitely use Xceptional tours again if we are on the island again in the future.

Rum Tasting Tour - Sheldan , is an excellent tour guide with lots of information about the Island! My mother and I took a tour to the Rum Distillery was very interesting , we enjoyed the rum tasting of course! After that went to a local vendor that had some wonderful things to buy ! And off to high points for some picture taking and at one of the locations we got some homemade coconut bread , so good ! Overall this is a highly recommended trip to take ! Thank you Sheldan for showing us your wonderful Island!

Amazing day trip without the big group fuss - We had an amazing day with our driver, Val! He picked us up on time, and we saw everything on our day long adventure. We got amazing chocolate, amazing food for lunch, and he took the best pictures of us along all the stops! Would highly recommend this vs a large group excursion! This was awesome!!!
