We preside over Agriturismo Bellini. Like our mother and grandmother, we craft fresh pasta and wish to divulge all the intricacies of preparing flour-and-water recipes. We run an organic farm in our family, wherein we produce our own wine and olive oil.

Località Mammi - We’ll prepare together different kinds of fresh pasta, the Tuscan ragù and a traditional Italian dessert. We’ll only use high quality and homemade ingredients . We’ll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We’ll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced by a local farmer.
You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer.

Pasta making with a Tuscan family - Our cooking class was a highlight of our time in Italy. It was well organized, fun and gave us pasta making techniques to bring back home. Our charming teachers welcomed us into their home and at the end of the class we shared a delicious meal with them.

beautiful experience - Our experience took us back in time. A family cooking together, sharing stories, laughing and a warm feeling of much love! This experience changed us! Enjoy the small things. A beautiful day - We had a great time at our cooking class! we prepared some exceptional dishes! the owners let us taste their extra virgin olive oil during the school and served us excellent wine throughout the day! we felt part of a Tuscan family! super welcoming hosts
