Paddleboarding and discovering the creeks of Cassis.
After an initiation and learning stand UP paddle techniques, we will sail in the Calanques National Park to the Calanque d’en Vau.
We will leave from the calanque of Port miou, an ideal place for beginners.
We will take the time to take breaks for swimming and souvenir photos.

Paradise 🌊🐚 - Very nice day exploring the creeks in Cassis. First time for me on a paddle and I really loved it. John is very friendly, very good guide and very good coach. Magnificent place, laughs, hidden treasure of the coves, snorkeling moment.. it makes you want to do it again :)

Dream paddle hike - I highly recommend Captain John for paddle outings in the Paca region. He is a very professional, encouraging, generous person who always takes us on superb hikes in complete safety and with top equipment. I made a lot of progress on multiple outings thanks to him.

adventure along the water - I did several paddle outings in the region with Captain John and they were all as surprising as each other! (Estérel, Port Cros island, Gardon river, etc...) Not only do we discover magnificent places each time, but we also gain autonomy and endurance in sport. All in simplicity and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend for all outdoor sports lovers who wish to progress with a professional, concerned about the well-being and safety of the group. +++
