- Praia da Duquesa - My lessons are designed to be a balanced combination of relaxation and adventure. I spend a great deal of time planning each of my swim routes, ensuring that I offer you a tailored experience that you will never forget.\n\nOn this day, we will meet at Praia da Duquesa in Cascais. After arriving, you will meet me and your fellow swimmers for a safety briefing and discussion about the swimming lesson. If you are a beginner swimmer we can also do a private coaching session.\n\nWe will then hold an acclimatisation swim nearby and start our adventure along the Cascais coast (from 1.5km or more depending on your ability and if you want to do a short or long distance swim). There you will have the opportunity to swim in very enjoyable clear waters. The view from here is unrivalled as the entire Bay of Cascais is laid out before us.\n\nThe session will last 1 hour with time to warm up, meet up and after our water session get a hot tea. I provide swim buoy and, if required, a wetsuit rental. I will be swimming beside you all the time and giving you all the support you need. I will be filming you while swimming for further analysis of your technique.

Begin your journey at Praia da Duquesa Beach, where you meet your guide for a short safety introduction and briefing. Then, undertake a brief warm-up exercise, followed by an acclimatization swim nearby before setting off on your coastal adventure around Cascais.
Soak in the spectacular views of the Cascais Bay as you swim alongside your guide. Receive valuable feedback throughout the tour and avail of photos and videos taken during your swim to further polish your technique. Round off the tour with a comforting cup of warm tea.

Great introduction to sea swim - I found the swim sessions really useful. I'm more confident in the water, thanks to André. This was my first sea swim experience.
André was really good at describing the drills, what they should feel like and the benefits. That helped.

Great way to power up your day - Everything was so good. From the planning with Andre, to the swimming at the beach with the group and Arseniy. I felt very welcome and really enjoyed very much.
Another thing that made a difference is that I could rent a neoprene with them for a more confortable swimming.
I already want to swim with them more often.

Join Andre for a guided swim in the hidden sweet open water swimming spots in Portugal! - If in Portugal you must join Andre of SwimTogether Swimming Holidays for an “adventure swim”. If you had not planned on visiting Portugal before, I think you should as it is a fantastic spot for your next swimcation. I want to return! There are many swim options to choose from and swims are offered year round. I never would have known about the “secret” beach in Sesimbra along the steep cliffs and the caves otherwise. Andre is a fastie who carries a gopro while he swims. No idea he would be filming or put a little movie of our “swim together” together. :) He has a couple of other surprises in store for you as well :) The landscape is stunning and the water is clear and cold (in the spring). Andre is exceedingly friendly and excellent at communicating plans beforehand. I want to go back to join Andre for his other adventure swims and sign up for the GrandPrix race as well. Highly recommend this company and Andre!

Best open water swimming experience! 👍 - I absolutely loved the several sessions I took. The great atmosphere in the group during the open water session and the perfect technical tips from the pool sessions. All was very well arranged and managed by André. Perfect communication!

Swim together and safely - It's not easy to know where to swim when you're on vacation in Lisbon! So with Swim together, it’s simple! I’ve never taken a swimming “guide” but it’s a good idea. Bibiana guided me for an hour and it was really great!

Amazing experience! - An amazing company! So much to "tour the ocean". My guide André offered swimming tips, stayed close, and took great photos and videos on my IRONMAN training swim. I will most certainly plan my next trip to include an area where I can sign up with these folks again!

Fantastic open sea swim with the best guide - Catarina was a fantastic guide for my first open sea swim in decades. She was patient and kind, ensuring I had drinking water and the right wetsuit and let me take things at my own pace. It was beautiful and took away my fear of swimming in the ocean. A highlight of my holiday.
