Good Day Out - The tour was a nice day out and well worth the money. Sergio was excellent, and he went out of his way to interact and ensure that both the English and Spanish speakers understood what was going on. Terrific guy!

Travel to Viña Del Mar and Valparaíso - The driver and guide also was very commited to make us enjoy the trip and make all of the tourists interact each other. We had a very good day. Thanks Cristian!

Excellent tour! - Ismael our tour guide was excellent. Punctual pick up, comfortable tour bus and an excellent iternary. I would highly recommend!

Recommended!! - We did this tour on our last day in Chile, just to get away in the hustle and bustle of the city. Our tour guide was Isma, a very nice guy! It amazed me how he handled us, a group of different nationalities speaking in few different languages. And he tried his very best to accommodate us all. A big thumbs up 👍 to you, Sir! Valparaíso and Viña del Mar is a lovely place. A bit calmer and quieter near to the beach. If you’ve got a spare day or two, it’s worth a visit!

Marisol was excellent. ... - Marisol was excellent. The restaurant was good but more for dinner then lunch. A little expensive for lunch.

It was Fine, but Would Recommend Another - Not a great review. It was OK, but there were some relatively serious issues:
- In confirmation, didn't confirm the pickup location.
- Multiple attempts to communicate with them were not responded to.
- Confirmation said pickup at 6:30am, but they didn't pickup until 8:00am.
- Van overheated twice during the trip.
They really need to improve how they communicate with participants.

Not great, but not horrible. - - paid and confirmed, but never notified of pickup in confirmation
- attempted to contact operator multiple times, no response
- confirm said pickup at 6:30am, was notified at 7:30am that we would be picked up at 8:00am
- truck had to stop twice due to overheating
- left destination early for passengers
