Wonderful experience - Very good experience visiting the cities of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Thank you for the good treatment and professionalism of our guide Sergio, who was in charge of explaining the history and curiosities of these places at all times and always caring for all passengers.

Fantastic!!! - Sergio has a wide history and cultural baggage of the cities, which adds a lot to the experience of the visits. It has a great communication, both in the explanation of the attractions, and in the logistical organization of the tour, sent us a message already the day before with all the details of the schedule of boarding and was super punctual. In addition, it is fun and integrates well into the group, breaking the ice and facilitating conversations between participants and leaving everyone at ease. There were a couple of Americans with us, and what caught my attention was that he explained each point first in Spanish and then translated everything fluently into English, with a lot of patience. For the Brazilians in the group, he also made a question of translating some more specific terms, which facilitated our immersion and even enriched our rsrs vocabulary. Certainly, a professional who stands out for the care of the details, the organization and the ability to communicate well with different audiences. I highly recommend!

Great tour - Maria was a great tour guide, very friendly. Small group tour which made it even better, not rushed at all. Walked the streets of Valparaiso and spent time on the beach.

Friendly multi lingual guide, great driver, chill day out to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar - We have just returned from a great tour with TAC Tourista with our guide Sergio. Booking was done on WhatsApp and picked up on the dot. They send you live tracking when they are on the way. The whole tour we were ahead of other tourists so got some great photos. Sergio gave us lots of information and was happy to chat about any topic. Our group was English and Spanish so he had his work cut out for him! Itinerary highlights: Quick stop for breakfast at a Casablanca winery after about an hour on the road and got to see some llamas. Various stops in Valparaiso and felt like we saw all the highlights - lots of cool graffiti art! And dogs everywhere! Lunch at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the beach in Viña del Mar Bring lots of water as there aren’t many places to refill, and maybe some snacks for the drive. Lunch was around 1pm.

All very beautiful - All very beautiful. Paradise Valley has a lot of history. And Viña del Mar is beautiful. The tour was well organized and Sergio and Ricardo were very helpful.
