Fez - Idrissi acted as a tour guide for Fez. He spoke slowly and politely in English for easy listening and helped me when shopping. Youwsef also had the flexibility to drive safely in various places. It was a lot of fun.

Fez- Morocco as it's best! - Youssef, the very friendly driver picked me up at the hotel and then we went with 5 other people and breaks in 4 hours to Fez. In the New Town we collected the guide Idrissi and were guided by him through the city (New Town, Middle Town and Old Town). Idrissi knows very well and he showed us wonderful historical buildings, the market, the alleys where you would get lost and we ate in a Moroccan restaurant in an old building. We saw centuries-old craft traditions (textiles, ceramics, carpet, tanners etc) and bought various souvenirs. I sprained my foot two days earlier, that was taken into consideration. I could ride in sections with Youssef on the bus. It was a great day, incredibly beautiful and colorful and I thank Idrissi, the guide and Youssef, the driver.

Exceptional Airport Transfer Service from Fes to Casablanca - Our airport transfer from Fes to Casablanca was outstanding, thanks to our driver, Mehdi. He arrived early, communicated excellently, and ensured our entire family reached the airport on time. Wonderful tour with a guide who knows all (history and nice places) - We went with idrissi, a very proffesional guide with a lot of knowledge. Very kind and patient. He takes a lot of time and he knows all the spots. We have made a lot of beattiful pictures. Samir was out driver, we had a vw touareg wit wifi. He made a stop during the ride from Casablanca to Fez so we can rest and drink some coffee. Samir is a very kind driver and does annything to make your ride comfortable. Ac, water, phone charger en tissues in the car.

Highly recommend Reda! - Reda drove us back to Rabat from Chefchaouen after our tour of The Blue City. The van was large and comfortable and Reda was accommodating and a very safe driver.. Would highly recommend!

Chefchaouen from Rabat - The whole trip was excellent! Reda was prompt, safe, accommodating and informative. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Reda easily made changes to the itinerary as we needed. The scenery and destination were beautiful! The provided lunch was excellent. Wonderful excursion.

So glad we went - Super interesting day trip! Our driver Abdo braught us quickly and safe to Fes and our guide Idrissi showed us all the must-see places (and quite a few hidden treasures) in the old and new town. If you want to experience Fes with its rich culture, good food, high quality goods and many fantastic photo opportunities (Idrissi knows all the best angles!) this is the tour for you!

Wonderful Tour of Fes - Our guide idrissi and driver abde were excellent, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I was picked up in a new luxury car at my hotel in Casablanca, which made the 3+ hour trip a lot more comfortable. We saw craftsmen working their trades in pottery, metal, weaving, tanning. One of the pleasant surprises was that we were never pressured with hard sales pitches to buy their products. Lunch was delicious with three courses. If you have a free day, definitely recommend this tour.

Great Tour, Poor Communication - The tour itself was absolutely amazing. Our guide, Idrissi, was exceptional—he knew everything about Fez and genuinely wanted to ensure we were happy and enjoying our experience. He truly knows the city inside and out, and I highly recommend him. Such a kind and knowledgeable man! Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor communication from the company during an unforeseen incident. On the way to Fez, our car struck a dog that ran onto the highway. As a result, the vehicle was no longer operable, and we needed a new driver. Initially, the company assured us that a replacement driver would be sent from Rabat (the closest city) and would arrive within 30-45 minutes. However, 45 minutes later, there was no driver, and it ultimately took over 3 hours for a replacement to arrive. We later learned that they had sent the driver from Fez instead, likely hoping the car could be repaired before committing to a replacement. While they repeatedly claimed this delay wouldn’t affect our tour, it clearly did. Instead of arriving back in Casablanca at 6:30-7:00 pm as planned, we didn’t get back until 9:30 pm. While we understand that accidents happen, the lack of honest communication was disappointing. If they had been upfront about the delay, I wouldn’t feel the need to write this.
