A driver (not a guide) who barely speaks English and is on his phone the whole time - I would not recommend this company at his current (fairly high) price point but would recommend him at a low budget price point, half or less than half of what he currently charges. Overall - My friend and I went to Morocco April 2019 and we did a custom, private tour with this company. Along the planning process, Younes was very responsive which was great. Our trip to Morocco was wonderful, the country is gorgeous and there is so much to see, do and eat! No one bothered us (two girls) regardless of what we wore. I was however extremely overwhelmed by how pushy, rude and inappropriate the vendors are when it comes to selling you their merchandise. Tip: do not shop with your guide, only shop alone. Pros -Younes was typically reachable via whats app, drove fast (great because there is a lot of driving to get from place to place in Morocco.) -He was available morning till night. -His car is very nice, clean and spacious. -Younes made alcohol runs for us and was fun to chat to about his life and where he grew up. Cons -Younes was our driver and he was always talking on the phone, non-stop, it was awful. We could hardly ask him questions because he was always on the phone and in a loud volume as well, on and on and on his phone conversations went. -His English is very poor and can only speak basic words. -He knows literally nothing about the history of Morocco. -Younes would also stop at places we did not want to stop (such as rest stops) and take forever at each stop, make more calls, hang out with random people, etc. -Several times, Younes had his friends in the car with him even though we had paid for a private tour. -Younes also pushed us to eat at certain places and made us uncomfortable when we did not want to do what he wanted. At times, he was argumentative and rude. We paid him as much as any high end company was charging so we thought we were receiving high end service - this is not the case.
