Chicken couscous - A chef will enjoy this. From gathering ingredients to prep to cooking to the meal. A deep dive into Moroccan food. Pay attention, learn, and don't forget the salt. Just so well done.

A great experience learning to prepare and cook the traditional meal in a family environment - I had a great experience starting with a visit to the local market to choose the ingredients for the traditional Couscous. We then returned to the family home to prepare, cook the meal and drink Mint tea.. The preparation and cooking were explained and demonstrated in such a helpful way and my contribution encouraged throughout. Then I joined the family to socialise and eat the meal.

Most delicious food ever 🤤 - Had an amazing time! Thanks very much to our kind host Inas, who opened her home and culture to us. We started off at Inas’s home, then walked to the souq and got groceries for a chicken tagine. We spent a bit over 5 hours with Inas for everything. We also met her mother and father, and learned more about life in Morocco. The tagine was the most delicious thing ever! Highly recommend this experience to every visitor.

Best Experience in Morocco - This was one of the best things we did in Morocco. Inas and her family welcomed us like we were old friends and were very accommodating! To start Inas gave us very clear instructions on how to get to their place with a variety of transportation options. She communicated with us prior to the class to find out about likes, dislikes, and allergies. We arrived 2 hours early as we misread the start time and we were immediately greeted and brought into their family home. We chatted for a bit getting to know her and her family then asked what we would like to make. We were a group of 3 and the only ones for this class so we were invited to make up our own menu. We chose to do the chicken couscous, soup, and 2 salads. Inas then proceeded to take us to the local market, and showed us what to look for in the vegetables and helped us navigate purchasing some spices of our own all while answering our endless questions. We came back to the home and proceeded to prepare the dishes we requested. Inas was a wonderful teacher and we learned a lot. When we were finished we all sat together and enjoyed our efforts. This was by far the tastiest food we had in Morocco! I can't recommend this class enough, you won't regret it!

Fun, tasty and well organised - Inas is a generous, well organised and fun host. The market visit is a highlight as she explains the foods on offer. We had a group of 5. Each person was able to practise cooking techniques. The food was plenty and very tasty. She helped the taxi find our location for pick up. Her family are also welcoming. It was a wonderful evening!

Amazing Moroccan cooking class in Casablanca - Inas gave us an amazing Morrocan cooking class. She and her family opened their home to us. We loved the trip to the market, the tea, and impromptu kitchen dancing. It was a great opportunity to learn about Morrocan culture and get an understanding of daily life in Casablanca. Totally recommend this to anyone who wants to know about authentic Tagine.

Five-star authentic experience - It was a wonderful experience to take the cooking class with Inas. Her family is welcoming and the the conversation is great. The food is the highlight of the experience, as it should be. We not only learn the traditional dish of our choice, but we thought it was one of the best dishes we tried while in Morocco. She texted us ahead to find out which dish we wanted to learn and also included bread-making and a local salad. It was a top notch experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for some special activity in Casablanca.
