- HFGJ+9RG - Welcome to my cooking class.\n\nVegan and vegetarian are welcome.\n\nYou will live the experience to visit a local Market to buy fresh ingredients (included) and cook Moroccan dishes which you will show off to family and friends on a later stage.\n\nWe will welcome you to our home then I will take you to buy fresh ingredients (included) from a popular local souk (market) where you will discover authentic Moroccan culture. (NOTE: The local market closes only on Friday)\n\nWe will return home to start the cooking class. we will teach you the art of preparing Moroccan dishes from your choice like Tagine, Couscous, Pastilla… by engaging your hands on preparation using traditional method and time-honored techniques passed down through generations.\n\nI will teach you all the steps on how to make Moroccan tea then we will have it with Moroccan sweets.\n\nAll the steps will be done by yourself then we will eat the meal in a joyful and familial atmosphere.\n\nYou will learn so much about Morocco, its culture and food.\n\nThis is more than a cooking class, it’s an authentic cultural immersion that will leave you with lifelong memories and a deeper appreciation for the vibrant flavors of Morocco.

The best food - When in Casablanca you must do this food tour and cooking class. We had the most wonderful day, visiting the local market, picking ingredients. We cooked a beautiful chicken tagine. Our host was amazing and answered all our questions. So much love for food and visitors.

Best authentic experience, fabulous food, beautiful gracious family. - We spent the day with Inas and her beautiful family, learning how to cook a chicken and vegetable tagine.
We would thoroughly recommend this experience, Inas and her parents opened their home to us providing us with an authentic Moroccan experience, shopping at the local market, preparing and cooking the meal and making tea.
Inas, answered our many questions regarding Casablanca, family and Moroccan life. The generosity of Inas and her parents was boundless.
If you want to experience a day in the life, outside of the usual tourist attractions, then visiting with Inas and her family, learning about Morocco from a local and learning how to prepare traditional food is the must do activity. The day flew by. I can’t recommend this highly enough. 5+ stars

10 out of 10! - This experience was fabulous 👏🏽. And Inez and her family were phenomenal. The food was delicious and the company was stupendous. What else could you ask for? It was my first cooking experience abroad and I loved it! She even told us where to find a special gift 🎁 for my friend to bring home.

A necessary stop for the Morocco experience - Traveled through two countries and four cities, this was a highlight of the trip! Inas went above and beyond. After the booking, my flight time changed and she worked with me to adapt the itinerary to the new time. Amazing! Super patient to my limited cooking abilities and a great guide to the local market that allowed me to see authentic Morocco living. A must for any visit!

A great experience learning to prepare and cook the traditional meal in a family environment - I had a great experience starting with a visit to the local market to choose the ingredients for the traditional Couscous.
We then returned to the family home to prepare, cook the meal and drink Mint tea..
The preparation and cooking were explained and demonstrated in such a helpful way and my contribution encouraged throughout.
Then I joined the family to socialise and eat the meal.

Most delicious food ever 🤤 - Had an amazing time! Thanks very much to our kind host Inas, who opened her home and culture to us. We started off at Inas’s home, then walked to the souq and got groceries for a chicken tagine. We spent a bit over 5 hours with Inas for everything. We also met her mother and father, and learned more about life in Morocco. The tagine was the most delicious thing ever! Highly recommend this experience to every visitor.
