wonderful tour - Halim was a fantastic guide. He was knowledgeable sharing both history and current events. It felt like an old friend was taking us around. Van was very spacious even my 6ft+ son had room to stretch out in the third row.

Great Private Tour Shore Excursion from Casablanca - We had a great private tour as a shore excursion from our cruise stop in Casablanca. Our guide was Halim - he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our group of 10 included my kids, ages 8 & 10, all the way up to my parents. It started with a 45 min tour of the beautiful Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca. (The cost to enter the Mosque was not included and was about $10/person, so make sure and have that.) Then we drove about an hour to Rabat, where our first stop was the Royal Palace, called the Dar al-Makhzen. This is not a place you can enter, so we just walked up to it and Halim told us some history and we took photos. Then we stopped for lunch at the Cafeteria 7eme Art. It was a beautiful day and nice to sit out and have a relaxing meal. The food was good and they had a variety of traditional tagines and also my son was able to get a cheeseburger :) Paying by credit card was a little difficult. I'd recommend having euros - that's what they preferred here. Our next stop was the Hassan Tower and Mohamed V Mausoleum. The tower is part of an unfinished mosque that was started in 1195. The Mohamed V Mausoleum was across from it in the same complex and I think is usually open to visitors, but was closed for restoration while we were there. Our last stop was the Kasbah of the Udayas. It's a community that you enter at the main gate and take a walk through the lovely little streets and out to a pretty panoramic view of the ocean, city, and River Bou Regreg. Then we made the drive back to Casablanca and a quick stop at a store for some souvenir shopping. It was very crowded and touristy, but I think we were trying to make sure we made it back in plenty of time before our ship left. Overall, it was a great tour and Halim was a wonderful guide! Thanks for a great taste of Morocco!

Tour Guide Makes Our Day! - Our tour guide (Hanif) made our day extra special. He was knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We booked a private tour for four which is the way we like to travel. No waiting for others or spending time at sites of no interest. We have done many tours and Hanif definitely was one of our top ten guides. Abraham was our driver, although he didn't speak english he was pleasant and always smiling.

Amazing Experience - We have traveled extensively world-wide, and this is one of the best tours we have ever done. We can't express in words how informative, enlightening, educational and fun spending the day in Casablanca and Rabat was. Our guide, Halim, was fabulous. Knowledgeable, engaging, and a great personality. We learned so much and cannot wait to return to this beautiful country to spend even more time.

We were told by friends who visited... -
We were told by friends who visited Casablanca previously to go to Rabat if we had time. This was definitely the right choice. We saw a city with an amazing and diverse past, including Roman ruins, as well as a city embracing the 21st century with its new Opera House. Our guide was knowledgeable, interesting, friendly and personal. We would definitely recommend!

Great Day Tour - My family of 6 visited Casablanca on a cruise and decided to take a day tour to Rabat. My husband and I had been to Morocco previously, so we had an idea of what to expect and wanted my family to enjoy the day. This tour was great and the service was wonderful. It was great to have this tour organized for us since we were short on time and wanted to escape the chaos of Casablanca. Overall, we truly enjoyed the day. The only thing I would say is I had requested we go to a medina to do some shopping as I wanted my family to see one and I wanted to pick up a few things. We ran out of time and out guide suggested a store that frankly was a bit touristy and over priced. Since I had been to Morocco previously, I knew this but I'm assuming the average person wouldn't know this. This was a bit disappointing but again, we had run out of time. Everything else was wonderful and we enjoyed the lunch...very tasty. Get the tangine always! I learned how to make it when I was in Morocco before and I just love having it! Thanks for a great day!
