- Volcan de Lodo El Totumo - Our visit starts at 7:30 am. From the hotel area of Bocagrande in an air-conditioned bus on a journey along the road to the sea until reaching the Totumo Volcano. Here you can enjoy a mud bath that attracts locals and strangers due to its medicinal properties thanks to its different mineral substances. Later, they will receive a bath in the Cienaga that bears the same name. Following this, totally relaxed, we move to the fishing area of La Boquilla or Manzanillo del Mar where you can enjoy its quiet beaches and enjoy a typical Caribbean lunch.

Your experience commences at 9:00 am. You’ll be picked up from the Bocagrande hotel precinct in a fully air-conditioned coach which will take you alongside the sea to arrive at the Totumo Volcano. Here, you’ll immerse yourself in a therapeutic mud bath, renowned among locals and tourists for its healing properties owing to its unique mix of minerals. Following this rejuvenating experience, you’ll then take a refreshing bath in the namesake Ciénaga. Feeling thoroughly relaxed, we transition next to the coastal fishing regions of La Boquilla or Manzanillo del Mar, where the serene beaches invite you to unwind and savor a traditional Caribbean meal.
