I had both breakfast and dinner prepared by him, and each meal exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented, and flavorful. Dinner was just as impressive and perfectly seasoned. My favorite dish was his avocado — it was soooo good, fresh, and flavorful. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion he puts into his cooking. If you’re in Cartagena, Colombia and have the chance to book Chef Andres, do not hesitate. Amazing Private Chef Experience in Cartagena - We booked Andres Ulloa as a private chef while in Cartagena, and wow the food was amazing. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and felt super authentic. Me and my girl enjoyed every bite, from the starters to the main dishes. Custom Elegant Dining at Home - Chef Andrés was amazing! He was very personable, knowledgeable of the foods, flavors, and culture of Colombia, and prepared a delicious meal for our family - everything from lobster and tenderloin to ratatouille, coconut rice, plantains, wine, and dessert! He also took care of clean up and left everything spotless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend Chef Andrés when visiting Cartagena.

An unforgettable experience - Andres is an incredible chef. Everything from the flavors, the presentation to the description of each of the dishes exceeded my expectations. He prepared six dishes, family style, for our group of 7. We particularly enjoyed the chicken skewers with passion fruit sauce. By the time we finished eating he had cleaned the kitchen spotless. He’s very friendly and after speaking to him for only a minute it’s clear that cooking is his passion and that he’s excited to share his passion with others.

Feel Rich, Eat Good - Chef Andres is incredible! I was with a group of 6 girls and we all had cleaned our plates at the end of dinner. I will still be thinking about Chef's ceviche and chicken skewers for a long time. He came over, did his thing, and even served us on the rooftop, going up stairs a lot. Thank you Chef Andres!!

Andres was wonderful - Andres was simply amazing as a chef and as a resource to get around town. I booked Andres based on the reviews and I was not disappointed at all. He helps me to coordinate brunch and dinner for 9 ladies to celebrate my sister’s birthday in Cartagena. Even before I got to Cartagena, he provided multiple menu options, assisted me with getting a beautiful cake and helped me coordinate with travel around the city. By the time I got to Cartagena I felt like I was seeing an old friend. The brunch was delicious! We got a taste of local delicacies beautifully prepared. Andres was on time, prepared everything quickly and plated it beautifully. Before we ate he provided us with an explanation of what everything was and he was around to help refill as we ate. We didn’t think Andres could top brunch but he did that and more with dinner! It was absolutely spectacular. I don’t think anyone left hungry or disappointed. Everything was absolutely delicious and far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Andres. His assistant was also a pleasure to interact with. I truly had the best experience in Cartagena and that was in part to Andres’ attentiveness, skillfulness and willingness to assist with a wonderful attitude. Don’t hesitate to book Andres.
