Incredible service - Hader our driver was super on time to pick us up. The long drive was entertaining as we had a great conversation and learned a lot about the country and the people thanks to Hader. Halfway through we noticed that we left our passports in the hotel safe. Hader also supported us in this and helped us great. All no problem hnd the passes have been with us the same evening in the new hotel. Thank you very much Hader for your help, your stories and your good driving! We can recommend you from the heart!

World-class service! - Wow where to even start…! I can’t recommended Bukap enough! They are hands down the best private transfer/tour company I have ever used (and I’ve been to many places around the world). We did several different private transfers, opting for the English speaking guide on each. The service from pre-booking through to actually taking the trip was exceptional - we met several different staff along the way and every single one was so kind, helpful, caring and wanting to make sure that we had the best possible experience. Little touches like offering a phone call ahead of our trip to ensure we were happy with everything, and the complementary snacks and water provided in the immaculately clean and well air-conditioned cars. A special thank you to Santiago in the office for his care, enthusiasm and constant professionalism - you are a great advocate for Bukap! Another special thank you to both drivers we had, Hader and Jesus - you are brilliant! Hader in particular needs a shout out for navigating some difficult weather and long drives (with me asking questions/chatting away constantly for over 6 hours!). A final extra special thank you must go to Juan - he went above and beyond to help us at every point of our journey… giving so much interesting information and history about Colombia/the places we were passing through, taking us to amazing stops for lunch, speaking to hotels for us, arranging our park tickets at Tayrona and even organising a free drop off from our hotel to the entrance! Honestly, the customer service from Bukap really is world class and if you are coming to the Cartagena/Tayrona/Minca/Santa Marta regions in Colombia then you NEED to book your transfers and tours with them.

Travel in comfort! - Picked up directly from our hotel, helped with our bags, friendly, knowledgable about the local stops, plenty of chilled water included and the ride was very comfortable! The van had lots of leg room, the drive was smooth and relaxed and we were allowed to stop whenever we needed to!

Wonderful worry-free transportation - Bukap travel made our transport from cartagena to our hotel in Los Naranjos as easy and seamless as possible. The cars were clean, on time (even early!), and the drivers were wonderful and friendly. We felt safe and taken care of the whole time. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Great transportation and guided tour experience - Even during the pandemic, Bukap experiences delivers outstanding transportation services and guided tours in the Caribbean coast of Colombia. We booked one way service last minute from Cartagena to Palomino and we were highly surprised by the quality of the service, the professionalism of Juan, his knowledge about the area as well as his music taste! It was a privilege to us to share this experience and I highly recommend Bukap real experiences to all travelers willing to discover Colombia and learn from a very well instructed professional.

Whatever is your plan, go with Bukap! - We just have excellent things to say about Bukap, especially Juan Carlos and Estafania. We were doing a family trip (11 persons in total) and we contracted with them the transfers from our hotel in Cartagena to Tayrona Park area and also from there to Santa Marta airport. Before that, I contacted several companies but frankly, they were trying to make things more difficult and in addition, they were overpriced. Then, I wrote to Bukap and their response was super quick and clear. Also they facilitated us the car seat for kids (which is quite hard to get in any transportation because people in Colombia normally don't use it). They were more than punctual, their cars were all practically brand-news and the conduction was careful. The most important thing to say about Bukap is: it is a company that treat their customers as real human beings. We had a medical urgency with one of our kids and they helped us in the most generous way I have seen in my life. They took me from the hospital to my hotel (a very long distance) at late night without any charge. They told me that they would like to receive that treatment if they were in a foreign place. Absolutely lovely!! When I come back to Santa Marta, definitely, I would hire again their services. Thank you so much guys 💗
