Safer way to meet new people and explore the island! - This was a must do! Michael was the guide of our tour and he answered all questions kindly. For anything I was unsure of, he was always willing to help.

Playa Blanca adventure - Beautiful beach views with calm water! We loved our tour guide also, Michael was wonderful! There are several vendors throughout the activity. They also have ladies who give massages, it was well worth it!! They did insist that they were great at it and I caved in! Lunch was included and drinks were available at additional charge, they have a good variety as well.

Great service - Excellent service. Small group. Felt very safe. The price for alcohol was very reasonable. Bring sandals or water shoes because there is a short boatride from bus drop off to beach, and you loaf in from the beach. Lunch was simple but tasty. Massages available but not my thing. The bus ride is painful due to traffic and the state of the toads, but the bus had aircon. Lots more comfortable than a boat ride all the way from Categena. The wind and waves pick up in the afternoon. Jet skies should be banned!!!

Lovely beach day with young kids - Michal, our guide, was incredibly helpful and organized and gave us valuable advice. He was very kind to me and my young daughters, helping them in and out of smaller boat we took to get to the area of the beach we would spend the day at. The kids and I had an incredible day.

Paseo a las islas de baru - I had the best Tripp with my family and the guide was very nice and told all the history about Barú and Cartagena during the tripp

Playa Blanca and Historic Center of Cartagena - We were very happy to have booked the tour in Cartagena with Guianza Express SAS). Walter (owner and manager) was a very special person for organizing the tour and immediately gave us some excellent suggestions on the most beautiful things to see in Cartagena, in order to optimize the use of the time available in this splendid location. In fact, we managed to see the splendid "Playa Blanca" but also the historic center of Cartagena which is a UNESCO world heritage site, with its splendid streets, walls and churches. The communication and attention to detail of our tour went above and beyond our expectations. We just give one piece of advice to anyone visiting "Playa Blanca" to pay attention to vendors and especially to those offering massages on the beach. Under the guise of a free trial massage ("free sample") you find yourself in a situation within seconds in which it is not clear where the free massage ends and the paid one begins. It is also advisable to ask the cost immediately. A special thanks also to Michael, our guide for the duration of the tour, for accompanying us and explaining many details of the local history. Truly highly recommended!!!

Incredible day on a quiet beach - Great day on a quiet beach. Our guide Michael has explained to us everything necessary to get to know Cartagena and Baru Island, and has also given us all the necessary advice. He has been very attentive to us. They have moved us to a quiet beach so despite it being a holiday there was no crowding. Very delicious lunch and in our case an umbrella also included. The guide's treatment has been 10.

Relaxing day with crystal water and fresh fish - We had a great day at the Baru Islands, and much of it was thanks to our guide, Boris, who was knowledgeable and attentive throughout the tour. The water was beautiful and the beach was well-maintained - the perfect place to relax. We were initially nervous about the amount of vendors having read some of the reviews; however, Boris brought us to a more tranquil area of the beach where we were able to say “no thank you” and be left alone by those selling items. For lunch, we were served a delicious meal of fried fish, plantains, and coconut rice that was excellent. Although massages weren’t included in the tour package, they were available on the beach and definitely worth the extra cost. All in all, a 5/5 tour that I highly recommend if you’re in Cartagena.
