An excellent day - It was a very good experience, good service, very delicious food and very willing staff, it would be important to have a little more hygiene in the bathrooms

Excellent experience - We had the pleasure of making our trip with this company both in accommodation on a quiet beach where we got away from reality to only find peace. We found a great team behind full of joy and willingness to help you, we also took the tour of the 5 islands and the oceanarium, a tour that you cannot miss for anything in the world, adding to this in these last days we went to the chiva rumbera with this same company where we were able to get to know the city better and it includes the entrance to the disco where it was an unforgettable night, left photos of our experience with this great company

Excellent client service - Victoria is very kind and attentive to everything. It explains many things about the city. We had only one inconvenience with the arrival of the bus but it was pending to solve it and tried to compensate it

Fantastic - A different and pleasant, quiet experience, in the company of sun, breeze and the experience of riding a jet ski again.

Beach and nature - A very pleasant tour, the transfer picks you up at the hotel on time, the guide provides all the information, I received support and attention from the staff involved, as I am physically disabled. A delicious welcome drink, breakfast, and fantastic lunch, afternoon snack, and return on time as agreed. I recommend !

Quiet Beach Cartagena - As its name says, it is a fairly quiet beach, it is not Gea, however the white beach is much prettier and Antea is a quiet beach. In addition to this, it has too many stones. If you plan to go to this beach, wear water shoes, but I recommend the best white beach, much more beautiful, busier and has no stones.

Not premium at all, would not recommend. - This tour was pretty poor and is definitely NOT “premium to the max”. The only saving grace was the lunch which makes this a two star - we had the fish which funnily enough was maybe the best fish we’d had in Cartagena, shame the rest wasn’t that great. Technically we got everything we paid for (bar the shrimp cocktail, actually), but was just very low budget. They were over 30 minutes late to pick us up which is pretty annoying when we got up at 6 to be on time, the drive there was long, treacherous and the music in the van was SO loud for 7am. At the beach, some hospitality was lacking - the toilets were shocking. I appreciate they say there’s no running water so they’re not flushable, but that’s not an excuse for how filthy they were. Totally covered in urine and faeces, wreaked, no toilet paper and dead cockroaches everywhere. I’ve used compost toilets before and toilets where you chuck a bucket of water on the top to flush, and they’ve never been that filthy. They also only had one bottle of refrigerated water for a group of 8. The breakfast was a super greasy deep fried, fried egg and we got no shrimp cocktail. You also get hassled a LOT on this beach. I said multiple times to about five women I didn’t want a massage, and two of them continued to grab me and put moisturiser on me to try and get me to pay them. I felt really uncomfortable saying no multiple times and it never getting through. Appreciate a lot of people are trying to make a living but hard not to just feel like one big walking dollar sign and a little harrassed. The beach also isn’t very big, so feels a bit cramped. Overall I would not recommend and I’d say spend a bit more money to get a better experience.

Not a Very “Quiet” or “Tranquilo” Experience - Everyone at the company I spoke with was very kind, it just wasn’t the experience we paid for. I had at least 4-5 different people reach out to me via WhatsApp which was a little confusing. We followed all the instructions but never made it to Playa Tranquilo. They had us stay on Playa Blanca for some reason due to time and it wasn’t “quiet” or “tranquilo” at all. They paid for our umbrella which was kind and still made sure we were fed but we didn’t get any type of lounge chairs as the description mentioned. We sat in normal plastic chairs instead. We also never got our fruit breakfast. We still made the most out of it, but all in all it wasn’t a very intuitive or quiet experience. We had to figure out what was happening as we went. We still had fun and made the most of it though. I’m not sure if ours was a normal experience. I think they had bus/van mechanical issues and we had to be put on a different one which put us behind on arrival time which is why they probably wanted us just to stay put on Plays Blanca but it wasn’t very clear. I asked if we could get any type of refund since it wasn’t what we paid for, but they said no since they tried to provide the same service. If you are looking to go, make sure you are going to be taken to Playa Tranquilo by boat as the description says!! Otherwise, put tranquil or quiet out of your mind and just think of a normal, crowded, chaotic beach.
