- Fuerte de San Sebastian del Pastelillo - On the island of Manga is the Fort of San Sebastian del Pastelillo, which has now become the location of the famous Club de Pesca restaurant.
In this place there was the fort of Boquerón, which was destroyed in 1741 by Admiral Vernon in the attack on the city of Cartagena. Together with other fortresses such as Fort San Jose and Fuerto de San Fernando , it controlled the maritime traffic of the bay to prevent possible attacks.
The Fort of San Sebastian del Pastelillo has 31 guns and camouflage is achieved on the ground. The name of San Sebastian comes from a Saint who was the patron of the conquerors, and Pastelillo is a military term that means like grass, therefore a castle that adapts to the terrain.

Fun time with family - This was a last minute book for us. Two teens with parents. There are a lot of boats at the dock leaving out at the same time to see the sunset.The theming was fun and my oldest enjoyed getting to shoot the cannon. Fun time. Good drinks with great music.

Wonderful Experience - This was such a great way to end our trip to Cartagena. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The took our pictures, let our kids request music to play and even let them assist in setting off the canon. We got beautiful views of the city and met some lovely people. We danced, sang, and honestly had a blast.

Barco Pirata - Excellent tour. We had a lot of fun acting like buccaneers and pirates. Very good music and open bar. I highly recommend it if you are on holiday in Cartagena.

Definitely Recommend - It was a beautiful and enjoyable tour. The sunset view was spectacular and being with family and great service made it memorable. This definitely was an unforgettable trip and our trip guide made it a welcoming and safe trip. The reenactment of the pirates was fun and the open bar was amazing.

Beautiful experience for young children - The ride was an incredible experience for the children, especially because the crew did everything in their power to make sure they enjoyed the moment. Especially the captain, he was very attentive to us. They offered us drinks at all times and were always looking out for us.

Wonderful tour! - It was a very pleasant tour and the pirates were very kind, attentive and helpful. All the time offering drinks, water, nothing was missing. Also, great photographers and even shared the pirate costumes for photos! I highly recommend it!

A Truly Wonderful Experience - What an absolutely fantastic trip!
First, we arrived at the wrong dock after being given bad directions by a local, we missed the ship by 2 minutes. However! After reaching out and explaining our plight, they let us take the next days tour! (Note to travellers, do not enter the glass area of Muelle de la Bodeguita)
Served bottomless Pirate Rum Grog, Gin, or non alcoholic lemonade, the tour kicked off with a recorded history of the ship as we sailed into the bay.
They had draws for photo experiences, wonderful music, fantastic service and friendly pirates on board.
We met the owner Brandon, and his first mate Willy was truly a treat and brought our pirate experience to life!
Thank you La Fantastica for a swash buckling good time! We'll definitely be taking the tour again whenever we come back to Cartagena!

A “must do” excursion! - The staff was very friendly and the boat was not packed. We saw other sunset boat cruises where people are packed in like cattle. Pirate punches were delicious. The shooting of the canon with Roman candles was a nice touch. This pirate boat should be on your list of excursions.

Great tour but be careful with weather - Was a great trip for couples and families who want something more peaceful and not a loud party boat. Everything was fun and excellent, and not too crowded.
The only thing was our tour got cancelled 10 min before the start time due to rain. They offered and we went the next evening. But it wasn't possible to get a refund even thru viator, only a reschedule. So book this one the first or second night of arrival
