I would highly recommend - Amazing! We learned and saw so much of the city. It was all worth it. The tour guides spoke in English and Spanish as our tour had people who spoke both languages. We learned about the rich history. It was informative and delightful. Also coming into an Air-Conditioned van after the Cartagena heat was great as well.

Interesting and informative tour - There were a couple of minor issues - pick-up was late (but you get used to that in Colombia...), and some of the English commentary seemed to be an abbreviated summary of the Spanish version rather than the full thing... but other than that we were very happy with our tour! Our guide, Alvaro Lascar, was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging, and he made sure that everbody was well looked after.

Great way to the see the city. - The air conditioned mini bus was a great way to get around town. Issac was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. It took almost an hour from my pickup to pickup the remaining people before we got to the first stop in Bocagrande. I was told in the late morning they could not pick me up in the walled city hotel I was in and had to meet then 10 min away closer to the wall. The tour info was great. The mixed Spanish and English group made it more challenging to guide, it would have been ideal to have separate groups as I felt we missed a lot of content in spanish. The convent and fort was nice to visit and had great views. the info was not very detailed (more details of the history could have been provided). The tour felt short and not detailed enough for the price paid. No info was provided for the walled city and various landmarks within it. We finished the tour at an emerald store where the staff gave a presentation on how to find them and process them.

Disappointing - Totally dissapointed. I paid $400,000 just to go see Cerro de la Popa, I even paid separately for the tickets there. The vehicle is pleasant, however in the last positions because it is higher up the view out the window is not good. According to what the guide said, we passed through Getsemani and other places that we could not even appreciate, nor was there a walk or stop. Upon arriving at the Castillo de San Felipe and while I bought a water, they left us stranded at the turnstiles with no choice but to get into the van to wait for them to return, if you are in a group you have to make sure it is full. After this they walked a few streets (a few) to end up at a jewelry store specializing in emeralds, something that I only saw justification because I was with foreigners. Terrible, a way to spoil a birthday, I ended up paying for a chiva tour another day, a thousand times better, more lively, better guided and super attentive to the group despite having a larger number of people. A scam.

Terrible experience wasted my time - Missed the whole tour, I asked them for the time and they gave the green light. However, when it came on the actual day of the tour for pickup, they then asked me to just take a ride to some location, then change it to being cancelled because supposedly some tour members were running late. Then, they apologized and offered their other tours but why would I go to your other tours if you can't even do a simple pickup.
