Unprofessional - The agency never let the people at the pier know that I had made a reservation so it rook about an hour to confirm everything until I was able to be put on the list. It was very disorganized. They never let me know what pier/door to meet so I just had to go around and ask and hope it was the correct one. We also had to pay an additional 14,000 COP each to get on the dock which no one told us about. The food and drinks were okay. For an open bar you would expect the drinks to hit but they didnt. The dance, music and view was nice.
