Great first time jetski experience! - Had a great experience! Our guide Jose gave us a great safety and instructional overview. He was also joined by someone else who optionally catered food/drinks for us and watched over our belongings.

Highly recommend!! - We had an amazing time! First off, big thank you to the owner who met us at the meeting point, bought us bottles of water, had us set up with an umbrella and chairs on the beach for free, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He held our belongings safe while we rode the jet skis, and took pictures of us on the jet ski. His team were out in the water watching us just incase we needed any help. We felt safe, and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Highly recommend. Tell him the guy from Puertorico sent you.

Lots of Fun on the Beach in Cartagena's Bocargrande - We reserved the night before. Jose, the proprietor, communicated with us the next morning via WhatsApp, giving us precise directions and confirming the reservation. He has becah chairs reserved for his clients next to the launching point. Everyone receives a life vest. Guides initially accompany all riders to ensure the riders' safety. If the rider demonstrates they can manage the craft safely on their own, the instructor will allow the rider to operate the craft unaccompanied. Ours was a windy day with rolling waves and lots of bouncing and sea spray. Jose required the instructors to stay with us which was proper. We were novices. Poor judgment and a wrong turn on that day could have rolled the craft. The machines were plenty fast with two riders, and easy to operate. Jose chatted with us on the beach -- he speaks English well -- while other members of the family rode the machines. Jose was friendly and relaxed, but responsible. The entire family had a great time.

GREAT EXPERIENCE - Amazingly exhilarating experience! 30 minutes was just enough time! So fun don’t miss out on this opportunity! Host was great and accommodating, spoke English and was super friendly. Finding the meet up spot was tricky for us but that’s subjective! Host was also accommodating and watched our stuff while we rode! BOOK NOW ! So affordable and worth the price.

Clear water, clear communication, GREAR RIDES! - First time on a jet ski and had a TIME! Flew in town with family to conduct shenanigans and enjoyed the beach water. Free range jet ski was amazing! Clear water and great vibes. The hosts are great with communicating. The gentleman and the lady was very friendly and spoke to the locals about what we prefer and all. Protected our personal belongings and still had a vibe!

The incorrect address,... - The incorrect address, the waves were too strong and instructrs didn't allow us to drive the jetskii on our own.

Unreliable vendor - horrible customer service - The service was not delivered after the vendor provided the wrong directions to the starting point. We requested a refund because of wasted time and money to get to the destination on top of our existing itinerary, however, the vendor has fought tooth and nail to keep the money for a service we haven't provided.
