We’ll journey through the Bazurto Market, immersing ourselves in the local ambiance and getting a genuine glimpse of Cartagena’s cuisine and culture through interaction with the community. You’ll have the chance to touch and experience the fresh ingredients you will later use in cooking. Afterwards, we’ll return to the restaurant for the cooking class, where you’ll be greeted with a light breakfast before starting to prepare your lunch. At the end of the experience, you will be given the original recipe, allowing you to recreate the dish at home.
