Helpful and professional tour company - I was the only person who signed up for my tour, so officially it was cancelled. They gave me the option to still do the tour and pay the guide directly though. It was very easy to communicate with the tour company via WhatsApp and I would sign up for this again if I came back.

Nice first impression of Cartagena - Small group, Willy tells a lot and we got through the busy traffic safely. It was an easy cycling pace and good cycling!

We will do it soon - We had a paid tour and finally we couldn't go, we notified Green Tours beforehand and they refunded our money. We hope to return to Cartagena and now we do.

The perfect gift! - I gave the bike tour to my niece and her husband as a present, and for them, it was amazing! The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Cartagena, its history, its culture. X-Games: Cartagena - Willie as a guide knew a lot - he taught us a lot about Cartagena and took us to very beautiful and historical places! This experience is not for people who don't feel confident with bicycles - riding a bike through Cartagena is scary and on the tour you go through the streets and face a lot of traffic. But even though I don't have much experience with the bike, I still enjoyed the tour. It was an unforgettable adventure!

Good to get a general overview of all of Cartagena - We had a great time with our tour guide Willy. He showed us a little bit of all of Cartagena and showed us places we hadn’t visited before despite being there for 2 weeks. Willy took some great pictures of us during our tour and was very friendly. We learned a lot about the history of Cartagena and the current culture in the city. although the tour was pricy for the country, if you want a tour of all of Cartagena definitely worth it!

Disappointing - The description of the event is not accurate and meeting arrangements inadequate . Additional costs for taxis to/from the bike shop are charged and not included despite what it says in description and on ticket. The guide will meet you but where and how is not clear and it took an hour to find him. The actual bike tour is good in the old town of Cartagena very pretty but was cut short due the the meeting problem, no fort (San Felipe). Visit to emerald store was unwanted.
