Worst Tour I Ever Booked - Rescheduled a 7:30 a.m. appointment and at 6:45 a.m. we got a call and said to be outside in 15 minutes for a 7:00 a.m. pick up. They did not show up until 8:00 a.m. . The tour guide spoke almost completely in Spanish and hardly ever translated anything in English as promised. The beach at Peru was small and dirty. It was not quiet and peaceful as promised because of a loud group. I would not recommend this trip. Stay away from this one. Pay a little more and go to a better place using a different tour company.

This is NOT a relaxing day in Cartagena! - Trip was organized but bus was late due to so many people to pick up. The bus was over crowded, one passenger had to sit on the floor! This excursion is NOTHING like the picture! They took you from a nice beach to a tiny one on the other side of the beach and it appeared unkempt! Water was full of seaweed. The people were rude! I was unable to communicate my needs because of a language barrier. And an English guide was requested! On the bus, the guide spoke Spanish the entire time. The place we stayed at was in poor condition, the staff was talking about us because we couldn’t understand them! They laughed right in our faces! The lunch was good but no beverage! There were ladies that gave massages, that was also Ok. People walked up and down this tiny beach area trying to force you to buy things! I did not feel relaxed, I felt stressed. The sea alone creeped me out with all the crap in the water! We weren’t allowed to use the hammocks either. The staff is need people skills!
