Five Star Tour with a Unique Cultural Experience - My son and I had an amazing time. . It is, without a doubt, a five-star tour. They picked us up directly from our hotel in the walled-city of Cartagena, and we went to the Zona Norte to immerse ourselves in the captivating performance of a percussion group and dancers, getting a deeper understanding of the local culture. The next highlight was a delightful canoe ride, where we discovered more about the diverse wildlife in the area. We even had the chance to engage in more percussion activities with a smaller group. To top it off, we observed a local fisherman skillfully catching fish with his net. Overall, it was a fantastic day filled with unique experiences.

Poor level of service - Unfortunately a very bad experience with poor service level. We had booked the trip in advance and was being promised a hotel pickup. One hour before they changed and during the coming hour they told us to go to three different places in and around the city to be picked up. They did not offer any help at all and even though I showed them that we were promised pick up at the hotel, then they did not really care about helping us. At the end they did not even wait for us and we did not go on the tour. Very unsatisfactory experience and not very professional.
