Great customer service and loved peddling the swan around the lagoon

The steering and paddling were not accurate, there was no balance, whether we pedaled fast or slow. There was better control paddling backwards. We ultimately had to borrow a paddle from our other kayak rental in order to be able to move the swan boat in one direction and make it back to shore. Either we were given a bad boat or they are not the best option/choice to have at a rental property and especially for the price we had to pay.
