Lovely - Enjoyed the commentary and loved every bit of the boat ride though it was a really windy and rainy day, so had to go sit inside the boat but overall it was a lovely experience

A nice relaxing ride around the bay - A nice relaxing ride around the bay. If you're looking for a more personalized tour, this isn't it. The information is prerecorded and isn't always timed well with where you are in the bay, but it gives interesting information and is a very nice way to see the bay and learn more about its history.

Food poor, customer service terrible - The tour around the bay was lovely, this was a special birthday celebration with friends, we booked afternoon tea. The food looked lovely, but had been left out for sometime, sandwiches could have been better, cream was warm and scones inedible. Our main concern was the quality of the scones provided two out of the six were fine but four were a different colour and tasted off and inedible, we asked a staff member but nothing was done to change the scones or put anything right. Very poor customer experience, hence 3 star review. Would look to book from a different company if we did this again. Such a shame as this was a special occasion.

Decent but a mild case of false advertising - The boat trip was enjoyable and my 3 year old liked it. The only downside was when I booked the boat we had was completely different from the image. The staff did kindly explain that the image had not been updated on they're website which is fair enough but was still a let down because of the alternate boat being hot/stuffy and completely different.

The scones were gone off, looked green and tasted like a chemical, we could not eat them - The trip was lovely but the food not good, we had the afternoon tea (2h) and we had scones that had a green tint to it, when we tasted them, they had a horrible chemical taste, we asked if they would give us a complementary drink to compensate and they didnt offer anything, not a partial refund or anything at all, 2/10
