After making an online reservation with us, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email. The day prior to your journey, a reminder text message will be sent to you.

When you arrive at Denver International Airport, please check your phone for your driver’s details. If you haven’t received a message from your driver, kindly reach out to Customer Service.

Then, proceed to the baggage claim area on the 5th floor to collect your luggage.

Once you have all your bags, head to the exit on the 5th floor. Immediately text or call your driver with the door number. Generally, it takes about 5 minutes for the driver to reach you from the holding area. If you are on the east side of the terminal, exit through doors 507 or 511. If you are on the west side, exit through doors 506 or 510.

After exiting, cross the first street, and on the second island, you will find a booth with a “LIMO” sign. Your driver will meet you there.
