Great experience - Very Organized , pickup transportation was on time. We saw everything that was planned. The hotel was nice and clean with good food. The itinerary covered everything

Hot Air Balloon tour was awesome. - Best part of my experience we met with amazing people and our Hot air Balloon tour (paid by us) But the rest wasn’t that great . 1st - It shows on the ad 2x Breakfast, 2x Dinner, completely a lie . There’s only 1x breakfast and 1xDinner . 2nd - We didn’t even go next to the Göreme Open Air Museum, but on the ad it shows Göreme Air Museum is included. 3rd- The aircon in the car wasn’t working properly the trip was uncomfortable. 4th- Everywhere we stopped on the way to Cappadocia and coming back from Cappadocia. it was all limited time. Most of the place was like 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes there was no time to take photos and check the souvenir shops. There are many things to write but these ones are the most important ones.
