Chef Raffaella will involve you and make you a very active participant dedicated to the realization of the courses that you will taste accompanied by an endless superb wine.
At 11:00 the arrival at the Agriturismo “Il Tintore” is expected. Greetings and a small welcome drink. Then delivery of the baskets that will be used for the collection of seasonal products directly in the garden. At the end, what has been collected is taken to the kitchen and preparation begins.

At half past ten in the morning, I make my appearance at the ‘Il Tintore’ Agriturismo. I am met with warm greetings and a small welcoming beverage. Following this, I am given baskets that will serve for gathering seasonal produce straight from the garden. Upon completing the collection, the produce is taken to the kitchen to commence food preparation….

Upon completing the collection, the produce is taken to the kitchen to commence food preparation.
The first step involves teaching how to make pasta by hand - be it Gnocchi or Tagliatelle. Specific details on ingredient quantities are provided before moving on to the kneading process. Subsequently, the guests are encouraged to prepare sauce using the produce they have gathered from the garden. The same ingredients are then used to create a secondary meal, and finally, EVERYONE TO THE TABLE ….
