The cost of your entrance to the gardens is covered so that you can immediately enter the holiday wonderland.

• We do not provide transportation for SMALL children due to car seats and seatbelt regulations
• We have zero storage for wheelchairs or strollers or large packages
• No space for luggage. If you have luggage, please leave it with your hotel bellman. Alternatively, luggage may also be left in our office.
• To ensure a return seat, please advise your driver of your return time
• Minimum age is 5 years as our vehicles require seatbelts.
• Ensure you know your pickup location or call to confirm same. We pickup 15 minutes prior to departure time.
