- 1 Signal Hill Rd - Enjoy an Air Experience with an introductory Tandem Paragliding Flight led by a certified TFI Instructor. Depending on the wind direction, the tandem paragliding flight will take off from either Signal Hill or Lions Head. Experience breathtaking views as you soar over Cape Town, landing by the ocean at Seapoint. A brief introduction will be provided before you embark on your tandem flight with an Instructor. All Instructors are licensed Tandem Flight Instructors, and we proudly maintain a 100% safety record. Your host, Herman Venter, boasts 27 years of paragliding expertise! Participants must be at least 14 years old, with a maximum weight limit of 100kg. Please provide a WHATSAPP NUMBER if possible for updates on information and weather. HD Photos and video are available for an additional R400. Flight duration varies with wind strength, ranging from 5 to 20 minutes. We are a Declared Training Organisation, registered under number SACAA/0025/DTO in accordance with Civil Aviation Regulations.

Meet at the end of Signal Hill road, Cape Town. There is a parking area and our takeoff site is right next to it. On arrival ask for Herman or TABLE MOUNTAIN PARAGLIDING. Please provide a WHATSAPP number for communication for weather updates. Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked time.

Paraglide jump - Absolutely amazing!!!! Far exceeded our expectations! Guys were brilliant, so accommodating and made us feel like we were in their very capable hands. Can’t recommend this trip enough!!!! Fabulous views and such a high!!!! Literally!!!

Exhilarating flight - Exciting and a great experience. Was not at all as frightening as I thought it may be and was assured by William the tandem instructor it was safe and nothing to worry about. Totally agree with him and loved the time in the air including being given the opportunity to take control !!!

You do not want to miss this!!!! - This is a must do experience!! Conquer your fears if you have them! I am so glad I did. I was terrified on the way up the mountain and was trying to talk myself out of it. I am so glad I didn’t. I felt so safe with Herman. Such a beautiful and freeing experience. I always wanted to fly like a bird and this was it. My only regret is I didn’t do this my first day in Cape Town. I literally would have done it each and every day!!!

Must-do Experience Cape Town - Definitely something to put on the to-do list for Cape Town. The pilots are thorough and experienced — we felt comfortable the whole flight down the mountain and over the buildings of Sea Point. We would do it again for sure and recommend it to others.

Fantastic LIFE EVENT! Just do it! - Experience of a lifetime! I felt so safe and at ease the whole time. The glide down from Signal Hill to Sea Point was one of the most beautiful, exciting and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. Think I have to go again. 😄
