• PRE BOOKED TICKETS CONDITIONS: Tickets cannot be canceled after booking as they are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances: If the Table Mountain cableway is closed due to unfavorable weather conditions on the scheduled day, guests will have 7 days to use their Table Mountain tickets. If they are unable to use the tickets within this period, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
• TICKETS ARE NOT FAST TRACK TICKETS: Please be informed that your ticket grants DAILY STANDARD ACCESS, should you wish to upgrade to a FAST TRACK TICKET, you may do so at your own discretion. Standard tickets can be upgraded to Fast Track tickets at the Lower Station Ticket Office at an additional fee of R550
