ocean safari top trip - captain was amazing knew exactly where to take the boat to find all the best sites.well worth the money highly recommended

Best time with the ocean safari - My husband and I were the only ones who ended up going with our trip but it was so so fun. Theo took us on his boat and was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. My husband is a photographer and got some beautiful shots of the dolphins we saw. I wish it had been longer than an hour, I was having a wonderful time and it went very quickly. Even if you don't see much of the ocean safari, the boat ride itself is pretty cool and enjoyable.

Incredible Trip!!! - From my first email to Graeme, to the private tour he offered, and post tour, this is a top-notch company! The communication was easy, and responses came really fast. Graeme took our group on an awesome private tour, where we saw dolphins, as well as other wildlife. We had an incredible time and can't thank Oceans Safari enough for such an amazing trip!

Great experience - Yesterday morning 9:30AM (Mon 18-09) we went on tour with the guide/captain. We had an amazing tour together with the guide. He explained a lot about the ocean and history of the harbour and Cape Town. We really would recommend this tour. On top of it: we were lucky to see seals, piquins and many dolphins. Thank you for the experience!

I ended up with a group... - I ended up with a group of 3 other people, which was an intimate size I appreciated. We saw dolphins and seals, and it was an adrenaline-filled experience. Highly recommend!

What a ride - What an amazing experience, an adrenaline rush. You stand up for the ride. Our driver was great he stopped at various locations to provide us with information and we saw some wildlife, sunbathing seals and a penguin 🐧. This was a great experience for all ages even queenagers.would definitely recommend

Incredible. Speed. Creatures. - 200 % recommend this. If you're looking for speed in Cape Town. Was incredible feeling and so much fun. Will be returning with mates. Well worth the money. To top it all off we got to see seals, dolphins and a sunfish.

Great value and good fun boat ride - Great ride out to Clifton Beach and back on the rib. The ‘captain’ was pretty miserable said little other than basic safety briefing but didn’t spoil the enjoyment. Amazing views of V&A, Tabke Mountain and Lions Head and even did some Seal spotting in the harbour on way back. Good value for money but not the ‘eco tour’ advertised.

Horrible customer service - We spent the weekend in CPT from JHB and decided to go on SPECTRE, the 30min Ocean Safari. The guys on the dock was very keen to sell us tickets.... I paid and was told to wait outside, which we did. I eventually asked around after waiting for a while what should we do or where should we go... I was told to speak to the skipper (Lorenzo), I was met with a very rude "NO"! I asked what is means and he just said, "NO" again. Here the 4 of us with tickets in hand stands, no sure what to do.... He walked off into the office....I followed the man into to office to find out what "NO" means, he was so rude. Forms was thrown in front of me and I was told to complete it. FYI....If I speak to my customers like that I will never do business... Luckily a very professional and apologetic gentleman (William - on his shirt) asked me what the problem was and I explained it to him. He offered to take the 4 of us out and I must say, what an experience! He was not only friendly but very knowledgeable and made our afternoon a great one, we had a great 30 min on the ocean. To Lorenzo...you give the company your work for a bad name! People...avoid Lorenzo and you will have a great time! To the rest of the staff - thank you for saving the day!
