Great day trip! - My friend from CO came to visit me in DE and we decided to make a day trip going to Cape May. It was so easy to park and hop on the ferry to Cape May. We didn’t take our car because they have shuttles that take you to the shops downtown. Loved the unique shops, had a great meal at one of the many restaurants then came back to Lewes. Looking forward to going again this summer. You can spend as much or as little time as you want.

Wonderful experience - Saw tons of dolphins! The crew seemed to work very hard to find whales (perhaps getting tips from other boaters and moving to different areas?). Near the end of our tour we raced to one last area and saw a humpback. We idled nearby watching for a while. Made the 3 hour trip an extra hour but we loved it! Very nice crew, clean boat with lots of options for seating (in, outside, upstairs or downstairs). Can't beat the price! Would definitely recommend.

Must See! - Such a beautiful experience. My family and I went on this cruise in September, we saw many dolphins, the most beautiful sunrise and learned so much about the area. I would recommend this cruise to anyone in the area. This is a must, worth every penny and more! Plan on doing this next year. My small children loved this as well!!

A great experience - We were very impressed with this tour. It was my first time seeing beautiful sea animals where they belong in their natural environment. The Captain was good at letting us know about sightings of marine life of all kinds and the history of the area. I recommend this as a must do activity.

Great experience as always! - September is a great time to enjoy a cruise with the Cape May Whale Watcher. I like the evening cruise and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and yes we did see dolphins and one whale. My family had a good time and Captain Jeff and his staff are good folks.

A great experience with a great company! - We greatly enjoyed our Whale & Dolphin cruise with Cape May Whale Watcher! This is our second time cruising with them and they didn’t disappoint. We were able to see a humpback whale up close and personal which was awesome. Tons of dolphins were out to play as well. Cape May Whale Watcher is a registered Whale Sense partner. They value the importance of education, conservation, and the safety of all marine life. I would definitely recommend them!

Great experience. Dog friendly! - This was the perfect activity for a super hot summer day while traveling with our dog. The boat is dog friendly and the breeze on the boat made the weather feel much more pleasant. We were on the top deck of the boat, which made it easier to look for dolphins as we had more access to a 360 view. However when we went to the lower deck later we realized the view was much better as the dolphins were much closer up. We rented binoculars on the boat but didn't find them particularly useful as the dolphins had moved by the time we focused the binoculars on a specific spot. It was much easier to spot them with the naked eye. Make sure to bring a camera with a good lens. As it was a last minute decision to get tickets we only had our cell phone cameras which didn't cut it. Still, this was a great experience. We didn't end up spotting any whales but the dolphins were quite active the day we went and we saw quite a few. The captain of the ship was also great and shared a lot of interesting info throughout the ride.

Great time on the water - We didn't get to see aby whales unfortunately, but we saw lots of dolphins. The boat is very comfortable and you can hear the tour commentary from inside or outside. Friendly staff. Make sure you check out the awesome gift shop!
