The concept is simply this: cook, dine, converse, and meet new individuals! The menu is traditional but made with an abundance of affection! Antonietta, the Chef prepares comforting and straightforward dishes but with true authenticity. After your scrumptious meal, extend your time in the villa’s lounge, in a casual setting, filled with camaraderie and merriment.
Antonietta loves cooking and entertaining visitors. He has developed a menu of Tuscan delicacies, utilizing seasonal produce and raw ingredients sourced from the local market. Prepare to discover some secrets of our culinary art and relish the feast with your loved ones.

- If you don’t want to experience the cooking lesson and simply want to enjoy the atmosphere of the house while chatting with Antonietta, while she prepares your menu, you can ask for this option

Highlight of our trip! - This cooking class was by far one of the highlights of our trip. My husband and I visited Italy for our honeymoon and both knew we wanted to do a cooking class. While we didn't entirely know what to expect (there are so many cooking class offerings) we were blown away at how incredible it was! We were very lucky that it was just us for the event which allowed us to have great conversation (with the help of our superb translator, Francesca) and the loveliest time. Highly HIGHLY recommend this event for anyone considering a hands-on cooking class!

Amazing Local Pasta Making Experience! - Absolutely amazing local cooking experience! Learning how to make pasta with a sweet Italian grandma was a memory we will not forget. Highly recommend this cooking class to anyone considering it. It takes place in their beautiful home on their Italian cowboy ranch property. Everything is local and extremely fresh, you will not leave hungry!

Wonderful and Authenticate Italian Experience - This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Not only did we learn how to make pasta, but we had a delightful Italian feast with our hosts. Antonietta and her crew were a sheer delight and we felt like family by the time we left her home four and half hours later. I am recommending this experience to all my friends and hope to go back for another class in the years ahead.

Fabulous cooking experience - This cooking experience was one of the highlights of our trip. It was great to actually cook in the host (Antonietta)'s home in a traditional atmosphere where we learnt to make pasta by hand under her careful guidance and then sit down to a 3 course meal with wine which included the pasta we had made. There were 9 of us and it really felt like we were having a lunch with friends.

Memories made to last a lifetime - This particular evening served to be our most favorable during the two week trip to Italy. The location is fantastic. The hospitality is genuine and we just couldn’t rave enough about this experience. If we could rate it higher than a “5”, it would be a solid “10”.

A Day in the Country - We were hosted by Antonieta and Pietro. They were an absolute joy. So welcoming. Our translator Luchresia was so nice also. We did our cooking class and then had a wonderful meal. We truly felt like we were one of the family. I would definately recommend this experience.
