This canyoning we will never forget :)!! - We (2 middle aged women and a teen boy) did the canyoning experience in October 2023 and it was fantastic! Even my 14-year-old was really happy with the experience! Excursion gave the possibility to experience real adrenaline rush in safe environment. We were like water in water and we experienced the feeling of winning oneself many times :) Some of the jumps were too scary for some participants and very professional guide handled the situations perfectly! She always found an easier jump or another way and she always gave the possibility to try in peace and never pushed too far. Even the car trip to canyon was really nice through the mountains along the Ebro River. Something so different from seaside! The Canyon was beautiful and guide was explaining us flora and fauna and other local stuff :) Nikki was a great guide! She was very clear with instructions before and during the trip and also a very nice person! She knew the canyon like her pockets and even took photos and videos of us during the trip! Equipment was good and all bodyshapes found fitting wetsuits and helmets. There were even shoes available if one did not want to get own shoes wet. There was some walking during the day and we spent a lot of time in water, so some basic physical condition is needed. But do not be afraid, excursion is totally doable for a normal mom :) The trip was worth every penny! Nikki picked us up and returned us to hotel and even drove back again to bring the swimwear we forgot to car! I really recommend this! It was so much fun!

Best day ever - The trip was fantastic. Amazing scenery. Nikki was great. So knowledgeable. My 11 year old son loved it. He wanted to go back the next day. He even did the big jump. Nikki sent pictures straight after it with no extra cost. We will definitely do this again. Highly recommend.

Canyon Fun! - We had a fantastic day in the Catalonian mountains and the canyon with Nikki and our group. It was a very scenic drive into the mountains and we saw some beautiful countryside. Nikki, our leader, was very knowledgable and enthusiastic and that made for a great day! We did all of the challenges that were provided and had a fun and exciting day. There is a 45 min hike up to the canyon and the terrain is not too steep, so we went at a moderate pace. The water was beautiful and refreshing and made for an excellent experience, as our group bonded really well and all supported one another. I would highly recommend this outing for those who are looking for a unique adventure. Moderate fitness is required and the ability to swim and jump from heights would be an asset!

Nikki our guide was fantastic and super knowledgeable about the area. She is clearly an expert and this was very reassuring throughout the trip. If you like adventure, you should definitely book this trip! Nikki also took photos and videos on her phone of the jumps so that you have the memories captured.

Excellent adventure - could not recommend highly enough. - Quick warning to begin, this is not a stroll in the park, you need to be physically moderately fit and not afraid of heights - it is however exhilarating and the best activity of our entire holiday in Salou. Myself and 15 year old son went on this trip. It started with a bus pickup by Nikki, one of 2 guides for the day. Quick stop at basecamp to get helmets and wetsuits, and then a bus ride to the national park (during which there was great fun and banter with Nikki and 5 exuberant young French youths, and a wireless speaker provided by Nikki for their Spotify playlist) Upon arrival we gathered our gear and begun an enjoyable but testy 40 minute hike up into the mountains and then down into the canyon, a quick stop to put on our wetsuits and the on to the main event. We spent the next hour and a half or so, climbing up canyon rocks and jumping into pools of crystal clear fresh canyon water, expertly guided to do so in a safe and fun way. There were jumps ranging from about 2 meters up to an 8 meter drop into cool clear waters. I cried off the really big jumps and there ways to get around these but I do wish I had done them. There were also a couple of under water tunnels to be swam through and several natural rock slides the biggest of which we did blind on our backs head first into the water. After a short rest we had another half hour-ish hike back to the bus and ate the food we had brought, before bus back to our hotel. I could not recommend this trip highly enough, I enjoyed every second, pushing myself to do jumps I was not overly comfortable doing, but very glad I did. My son also had a ball and did every jump along the way including front flips into the water where space and safety allowed. If we return to Salou we will certainly do this again! Again this is a challenging physical activity and our guides made sure we knew how to safely navigate all of the various elements of the canyon with great fun along the way. Like Nikki - “I’ll be back”

Unfit people beware - Just a warning ⚠️ for if you would like to try this, it is really physical. Beforehand you have a 40 minute hike through the beautiful mountains in the burning sun on thin water shoes. Once you arrive you are in serious paradise. The water is super clean, you can drink it if you'd like, and a waterfall in the back. You do not get cold wearing the wet suits and under the guidance of the lovely Nikki and Andrew you'll adventure further along the canyon. There are some parts where you really have to squeeze through and it is impossible if you are, lightly said, fat it is not possible. The biggest drop is 8 meter (you can skip it optionally) and there is an underwater tunnel of 2 meters (you can also skip this one) All in all we dutchies had a great time with Nikki and Andrew and if you are fit it is a definite recommendation.

Amazing adventure - Such a fun experience for the whole family...ours ranges from an 11 yr old to a 52 year old. Nikki was the most patient and encouraging guide and an absolute expert! I felt totally confident, aside from the obvious nerves before jumping. Stunning area, turquoise water and such an adventure. Highly recommended! You do need to have a fair/ good level of fitness though 😉
