Engage in an exclusive cooking session at the Cesarina’s residence, uncover the mysteries of the most renowned Italian cuisine dishes, and enjoy the outcome of your hard work along with a cup of regional wine.
Throughout the tutorial, the Cesarina will share the insider knowledge of 3 genuine regional recipes. Take pleasure in challenging your culinary abilities. Every attendee will be provided a workstation, complete with kitchen tools and all necessary ingredients for the dish preparation. Afterwards, savor the dishes you’ve cooked, paired with an assortment of local red and white wines.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Cooking Class with Amazing Family - My friends and I went on a trip to Lake Como for my birthday and we decided to take a cooking class. Luckily we had this wonderful family teach us how to cook amazing pasta and make tiramisu. From start to finish it was an amazing experience, we truly felt at home while cooking and dining with them. All of us has so much fun and on top of that we learned so much about the culture and how much it takes to create pasta from scratch. Carolina and her family were so welcoming, it felt as if we were with people we knew for so long. The conversations and the food were definitely a core memory I will have for the rest of my life. Thank you Simone, Carolina, Antonio, and Tyrion! for such an amazing time.

The best cooking class and family! - We had the best morning with Carolina and her lovely family. They were very generous and made us feel comfortable in what turned out to be a private class. It was great to learn cooking tips from her and hear about the history of the area/food we were making. The conversations were great and the food turned out wonderfully. The view from her home is also beautiful. It is a little outside of Como but it was fun to go to a smaller area and they helped us find our way! It was a highlight from our trip and I would absolutely recommend! If we are back in the Como area someday, I will definitely book a class with Carolina again.

Pasta pros and great conversation - We had amazing time learning to make pasta and tiramisu with Carolina and her family. They put us and ease and made sure we had fun while cooking and enjoying our meal. Good conversation and lots of laughs were had. The class was a wonderful way to experience local Italian life outside of more touristy activities. We are excited to try making pasta at home to practice!

Fun cooking class! - Our family loved our cooking lesson with Carolina and her family! We learned to cook delicious regional dishes - and had such a fun time laughing and talking. It was so special to be welcomed into a lovely home, cook in a beautiful kitchen, and then dine together with Carolina’s family. We highly recommend this totally fun hands-on experience. It was one of our most favorite excursions on our entire Italy trip!
