Ziplining Adventures and Fun - We had such a blast on our zip line tour! The 4 of us were part of a larger group (maybe 10 ppl total?) with many Ecoglide employees to make it a great experience. They provided quick but informative training and sample courses, before we took a truck ride up to the first jumping point. Our kids had such a great time - even with one of them being a bit afraid of heights! They provided great reassurance but also swiftly sent us on our way with each ride, so there wasn’t much time to second-guess the experience. Even with others in our party that were clearly very nervous, the employees were comforting and reassuring to keep them moving along and feeling okay about it all. We had a tropical storm overhead for nearly our entire time in Fortuna and with our early ride (8 AM), it was very foggy/misty. Still super fun and beautiful views of the rainforest surrounding us! Overall a really fun experience and it seemed like a very reliable/safe course. Highly recommend.

Family-Friendly Adventure at Ecoglide Ziplining - Initially planning to zipline with PureTrek, we opted for Ecoglide as an alternative when our kids (9,11) started feeling a little nervous. It turned out to be the perfect choice—a thrilling adventure without being too intimidating. The guides at Ecoglide were phenomenal, ensuring our safety while keeping the adrenaline pumping. They efficiently guided us through the ziplines, making the experience both exhilarating and enjoyable. We appreciated the opportunity to capture our adventure with our GoPro (without no surcharge), thanks to the free helmet mounts provided by them (just bring your GoPro clip). Additionally, Ecoglide offers a reasonably priced picture package, allowing us to relive our unforgettable moments long after the adventure ended. Overall, we highly recommend Ecoglide Ziplining for families seeking an exciting yet approachable adventure in the stunning landscapes of Arenal, Costa Rica.

great value, good lengths slowly building up speed, wonderful tree top experience - Website not easy to navigate but the reception were kind when i arrived and had booked the wrong day. Safety team excellent despite too many high fives for this 60 year old but everything very well managed. No access difficulties and I felt completely secure. 55 euros best value for anything I have done in Costa Rica during my whole stay. I didn’t do the tarzan swing but it was only a short wait whilst two of the group did. I thought the Photographs were expensive. Toilets clean and complimentary soft drink welcome as we returned, as you are unable to take anything with you despite what the website says!

Good Family Fun! - I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Ecoglide! First off, our daughter fell ill on the day of our booked tour and the team was very compassionate and cared about her health first and foremost. They were very understanding when we asked to reschedule for the next day and even checked in to see how she was feeling. On the day of the tour, she got a big hug and well wishes for making it there. For the tour itself, the entire team was polite, welcoming, patient, fun, and friendly. They made our daughters (ages 10 & 12) feel safe and comfortable for their first time zip lining. We couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon together! ◡̈

Great tour for families young and old! - Great ziplining tour for young and old. The ages in our group ranged from 6-70 and everyone loved it! They have the younger kids and their families go first followed by groups of adults and teens. My 6 year old was able to zipline independently, which he loved! There was another boy who looked about 4 yrs old that needed to go tandem with a guide. Felt safe the whole time and the ziplines were long and fast. We skipped the tarzan swing at $25pp.

¡Fantastico! - The tour was amazing but the guides were even better, Jose and Jenifer were super friendly and even let us practice our Spanish with them and we had a great time.

5 star!!! - We did eco glide with my 7 yo son. It was our first time zip lining. The staff was amazing from the minute we entered the door. Jordan and Carlos took a good care of us, they were very patient and understanding. Overall 5 star rating!

2 hour zip line tour is great! - We did the zip line and the Tarzan swing. The overall experience was great, and the views were breathtaking. I would not recommend the Tarzan swing for the kids under 8 years old. I personally like this stuff, but some parts were too intense.

Super fun! Efficient operation with fast cables. It's a thrilling adventure! - What a really fun experience. The group is very efficient and they go through safety checks and show you how to zipline down. Then you just go, go, go. It's really very fun for the whole family. I don't zipline much, but this one was very fast compared to others. They brake for you which is really nice. You go at top speed and run through trees and if they didn't put the brakes on for you, you'd end up someplace else!!! It's really fun and the kids enjoyed it. The Tarzan swing is actually fun, albeit a bit expensive for what it is, but still fun to watch others as well. I only gave 4 stars here because we paid for the Tarzan swing, but in the end, the kids were a bit scared and elected not to do it. Of course, a refund was not allowed though I inquired a few times. This is just management and doesn't reflect on the safety, thrill of the cables and the excellent staff that take care of you. TIP: You could just pay after if you decided to swing and that is the way to go.

Book through hotel - The guides were awesome and made it a great experience for my child who needed a guide to assist on the zip line. I was VERY disappointed though that we were told our our hotel was not included with the pickup after we booked our adventure. They charged us $50 to pick us up 10 minutes away. We later found out our ride would’ve been free if we booked through our hotel but it was too late to cancel our reservation. BOOK through your hotel!
