Tickets are for round-trip journeys. If you wish to customize your travel schedule instead of following the above timetables, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your request. In most cases, we can adjust to fit your schedule.

The long-range shuttle pickup location is in Banff Town, at the bus parking area of “Mount Royal Hotel, 138 Banff Ave, Banff, AB T1L 1A7, Canada,” Lake Louise Visitor Center, or Lake Louise commercial bus parking lot.

Short-range shuttle pickup locations are exclusively at the Lake Louise Visitor Center and Lake Louise commercial bus parking lot. After the initial booked transfer, the service can still be used for later transfers within the same half-day route schedule, subject to seat availability.

NOTE: The schedule above serves as a general guide. Buses may be delayed due to adverse road conditions, traffic congestion, unforeseen events, or inclement weather. We strive to adhere to the schedule.

Guardians must provide car seats or boosters for infants or young children, as per transportation regulations. This tour does not supply car seats or boosters.

Moraine Lake is closed to public vehicle access in 2024. With new visitation restrictions in place, taking our shuttle service is the best way to guarantee your visit to Moraine Lake, leave the driving to us, and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise up close and personal.

Ticket is for round-way trip. if you want to customize your ride schedule instead of follow our schedules above, please contact us in advance so that we can plan ahead to accommodate your request. In most cases we’re able to fit your schedule.

Long range ticket holder (from/to Banff), can hop on from any stop point after the initial booked transfer when seat is available.

Short range ticket is for any transfer in Moraine Lake and Lake Louise area, but after the initial booked transfer, it can be still used to hop on for any transfer within Marine lake and Lake Louise area when seat is available.

• if your group is assigned to a comfort coach bus, great, it’s a bonus. Please be aware that the washroom in coach bus is not open to guests, the driver will inform the public washrooms you can use at each stop.
