Walking Food Tour - Puerto Morelos - An overall great experience with Chef Cristobal! He is very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. Would definitely recommend this tour for those who want to experience the true local cuisine of Puerto Morelos.

Fantastic Food & Cristobal Rocks! - We had the most amazing experience on the foodie tour with our guide Cristobal. He was so fantastic! Not only did he tailor our food stops based on our individual dietary needs, but he chose extraordinary dishes-each restaurants serving cuisine from different states of Mexico & he was so wonderful & knowledgeable in educating us about each dish, how they were prepared, region from which they came, & chefs who prepared the dishes. I really loved how animated & cheerful Cristobal was coupled with how informative, engaging, & friendly he was. The food was fantastic & I will not forget this experience. Thank you so much!

The food was delicious from local eateries ran by families that originated from different regions in Mexico. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were so full by the end. Afterwards Chris even took us to the local doctors to help translate for my partner who ended up having an ear blocked full of sand!! We appreciated it so much and cannot thank him enough. If you find yourself in the area then this tour is a must!

First food tour ever: great experience! - It was my first food tour ever, and I enjoyed the experience a lot! Our guide Chris was very knowledgeable and super friendly, very easy to talk to. And all the food we tried was amazing! While we're still here we're definitely going to eat again at some of the places we've discovered on the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour. Amazing guide and fun experience. - Our tour guide was awesome. Friendly , great information about history of area and food. Easy walking around the older, local side of puerto morales. Bring an appetite. The most unique and interesting part was the fruit tasting. To be honest I was not excited when we entered the fruit stand. Our guide picked out at least a half dozen different types of local fruits which most of us had likely never seen or tasted. Each fruit came with a great story and several tastes. Just spectacular experience.

Great time seeing the local food culture. - Cris is an amazing guide that provided insight into the history of the Cancun region. On our first stop we had some of the most amazing Guacamole ever and a very refreshing hibiscus tea. During the second stop some delicious empanadas and other delicacies. Third stop was for some delicious steak tacos with many different toppings. Final stop included the best churros I've ever eaten.

Best way to experience the hidden gems of Puerto Morelos - Chef Chris is great. We have taken this tour many times with friends and he always takes us to a place we have not visited. This tour is the best way to discover new or hidden gems in the Colonia. It is also the best way to build your confidence to try out places you might not feel comfortable trying. On this trip we tried delicious mole, whole hogfish (don’t let the name discourage you) and beef tacos that were fresh, hot and very tasty. We have returned to many restaurants that we first visited with Chef Chris. I highly recommend his tour.

Fantastic food tour! - Go hungry! We went to several restaurants having a little bit at each place and ending with (best) churros as dessert. As we walked we got to know each other, the history of the area, and of course, the context of the food itself. Chris was a great tour guide and I'd highly recommend this tour!

Don’t miss this tour!! - This was one of the best activities have ever been on. I’m not even a foodie and I had so much fun. Cristobal far exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and insights on the food and the history around it. We walked away full of delicious food and wonder for the unique areas we were visiting.
