Best ever food tour!!! - Highly recommended!! We experienced Mexican food like never before. Our very personable guide, Jonás, helped us to explore new flavours such as cactus, tamarind and soursop. He is kind and attentive to all the guests in the group and speaks excellent English. He always went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after and comfortable. The perfect introduction to Mexican food culture and to the real Playa del Carmen. A SIX STAR EXPERIENCE!!

Worth your time - authentic Mexican food - Walked to a non-touristy area near Fifth Avenue close enough to return to the places for more delicious and traditional food. Jonas was great, well-informed, pleasant, and accommodating. All food and juices were authentic and tasty. Definitely recommend if you enjoy food tours. You will be full at the end of the tour. Note - this is not the tour to take if you want alcoholic drinks on the tour as the places we went to didn’t sell alcohol.

Your was great. Tried... - Your was great. Tried multiple restaurants off the beaten path. It was great seeing the authentic neighborhoods just blocks off of 5th avenue.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!🌟🤩😍 - What a wonderful experience I had booking this amazing tour! Juan is the best guide, his knowledge about the culture and the food is great, I learned a lot about the different foods that the Riviera Maya has to offer, walking the colorful streets and seeing all the murals was breath taking! I loved the huitlacoche quesadillas, the cochinita pibil Omg it was to die for! The taqueria Gomez was also excellent.I am A taco lover, so I was in a very happy place! Las aguas frescas so refreshing! I wold recommend this tour to everyone.I know you will love it as much as I did!! Thank you Juan for the amazing experience!

Delicious unconventional walking tour - Excellent walking food tour through Playa del Carmen away from typical tourist area. We did several food stops and each has represented different regions from Mexico. I like the quesadillas de huitlacoche, homemade mole,fresh fruit lemonade from guanabas and pithayas and the sweet tamales. Juan was an incredible host and took his time to explain in details so we could enjoy the food even more. Very recommended to get a local impression

Great addition to your bucket list - Great experience! Have taken this tour was the best activity we did during our trip to Playa del Carmen. We ate real and excellent local food and walked around beautiful streets with art walls. Jonas is a charming and friendly guide, he knows about cultural significance of all dishes we tried and was always open and happy to answer our questions. We definitely recommend this tour. It is a MUST DO on your next visit to the Riviera Maya.
