Worked well for Cancun airport - I’ve always done transfers that come with the vacation package-shared or private. I dislike how you can wait 30-60 minutes before you leave. I tried private RT transfers via Viator at the suggestion of my agent. I was nervous because they couldn’t tell me if they were located in the same area as other vacation transfers, the map they sent was blurry, and the reviews were mixed saying they cancel. Ours were located in the same place as delta or apple vacation transfers, came within 10 minutes and we no trouble there or with return either. I’d use them again in Cancun. Had nice drivers too.

Good transport service - Pick up from airport was seamless...pickup from resort to airport had a little snag as the driver went to the wrong sls resort...I was in playa mujeres, he went to the Centro one...it worked out tho because I got to the airport in plenty of time for my flight...so I would use them again for sure

They do not meet you at the airport! - DONT DO IT! Horrible Transportation! Left my family high and dry wanted us to walk to another area that wasn’t at the airport! Kept texting the operator they weren’t answering was waiting for an hour after we landed and then they canceled on us with no reason or explanation on why! when it was their fault that they didn’t explain that we had to walk a far distance to meet them…don’t book anything with CANCÚN BAY TOUR They will ruin your trip and not even care that you have to find some other means of transportation! SCAMMERS!
