Great day! Gracias Carlos! - We had a great day with Carlos! When our day started it was raining terribly in the area surrounding our resort and we thought our day would be ruined but when consulting with Carlos he was able to suggest locations that we could visit and assured us we would be still have a good time. He was a very safe and responsible driver as well! We visited Cenote Azul at his suggestion and I am so happy we did! He was able to give us many historical facts on the area while taking us to each destination and he was very helpful when we reached each destination. We had a great time and felt safe and tended to the entire day!

Professional Service - I can’t say enough good things about our driver, Raul. He was punctual, very professional, and attentive. He had plenty of snacks and drinks for our group. He also recommended restaurants with good, authentic cuisine during our 10 hour day. We always felt safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this service.

Excellent Transportation to Xcaret - Excellent company. Used them for transportation from hotel to Xcaret and Xcaret back to the hotel. The drivers were on time. We had two vans since we were a group of 16. Great drivers and clean vans. We also purchased our Xcaret tickets through their website and has no issues with our vouchers at the check in line at Xcaret. Will use their company again and will recommend to others

Book Benjamin! Hes amazing ! - Benjamin was so Amazing. He was on time and such a great person to spend the day with. He had great recommendations and took us to the best taco spots and cenotes. He went above and beyond for our bachelorette party and we felt so safe ! I would recommend him to 1000 people ! We’re so impressed with his patience and kind heart ! We also invited him to lunch but his wife made him lunch and he ate in his car ! I would reckon end Benjamin 1000% we are so lucky to have had him. I e are beyond grateful for his local recommendations and keeping us safe and feeling safe but having an amazi g time on top of all of that. We thank you Benjamin for a great experience to all the cenotes and different towns.

Rudolpho was amazing!! - Rudolpho was amazing!! He was patient and always there when we needed him. I would highly recommend requesting him. We actually requested him for our next day transportation.

Do not book for airport transfer !!!!! - Do not book for a family shuttle !! When booked we clearly requested a private shuttle for 13 PAX as our family wnated to travel together direct to resort. when we arrived at airport instead they sent 2 cars which would split up the families. They used the excuse that the bus was not back from an excursion and thats why they changed. When we advised this was unacceptable the company as well as the 2 drivers kept texting to try to convince us but we chose another. They refused to credit the payment to ur card so I have begun proceedings with the card company as I had told them. .......Do not use for a transfer .....
