Transportation was late... - Transportation was late and had to sit in the middle seat between the driver and the passenger other than that everything else was good the horse did get scared and went faster because the part where you put your foot on hit a pole and scared me and the horse the guide did check on me to see if I was ok and I told her yea had a good experience with the atvs because in Cabo I got stuck in the sand and couldn’t continue driving zip lining was good the people had to stop you unlike Puerto Rico where a block stops you the centoe was fun to jump in the tequila tasting I liked the Carmel flavor one he gave a lot of good information about tequila the pork tacos were good I left my shoes in the van and the guide was able to get them for me

Horseback Riding, Cenote, ATV, Zipline all great - Andre the photographer was the best! - Great staff, easy horseback ride for any level of rider. Zipline, ATV, and Cenote were all really great. Our photographer, Andre, was positively exceptional. We normally do not purchase photo packages and we bought the entire package. His English is fantastic and he was a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

Cancun June 2023 - The cenote, zip line, and ATV was fun. The horse back riding was not. The description stated you will ride in the Mayan jungle and along the Caribbean Sea. We rode in the jungle-ish but there was no sea- should we get back partial refund? Also, the ride was really boring. I’ve done other horse back rides and in some parts of the trail your horse would gallop faster which was the fun part. This particular ride was not fun at all- no galloping. It was just hot and slow- basically rode a lap around a ranch. I would recommend another tour. Also, there was no sanitation protocols in place. From the life jackets at the cenote to the helmets at the zip line. It was definitely not sanitary.

Waste of time and money - Our tour started with a pretty rude transportation driver. We saw him stop at a hotel, never go in and he videoed no one being outside. He didn’t even try to find the person he was suppose to get. When we arrived at the first leg of our tour, we were dropped off at very nice polo grounds. This was the horseback riding section of our tour. In the description of activities, we were to go through the jungle and by the ocean. We never saw the ocean on any part of our entire adventure. Our horseback portion of the tour consisted of the horses walking on a path around the polo field. Imagine basically a giant merry go round, just a big circle. Never really went in the jungle. The horses did appear well taken care of. Our next stop was at the cenote. It was nice but felt rushed with the “half hour” time limit. I believe it was more like 20 minutes. We set our stuff down and grabbed life jackets. By this time he told us we had 10 minutes. Our last stop included both the ATV’s and zip lines. The zip lines were slow and took around 15 minutes to complete. Our ATV “tour” was a path you went around basically 2/3 times. It wasn’t through a jungle and we didn’t see any animals whatsoever. The tequila tasting consisted of 4 maybe 10mL shots that they kept raving about getting drunk over. The drinks and snacks included are actually two tacos at the end of the tour. The drinks you had to buy. So again misleading. When I tell you these people hound you for money, I am not kidding. I understand they work on tips, but it’s everything. We spent close to 600$ for 4 people and they still wanted more. The do not allow phones so you must buy their photo package or have no memories. $25 per picture or 100 for all of them. The icing on the cake was waiting over an hour with nothing to do to because the bus was late. We asked numerous times what was going on and the workers just kept saying 10 more minutes or the we were leaving soon. This caused a chain reaction by then putting us in rush hour traffic. Our hour commute turned into 2 hours and 15 minutes. We wasted not only a significant amount of money but also an entire day. Missed dinner plans etc. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. We have done numerous excursions and this by far was the worst.

Take a different tour that’s all about the experience not playing games with extra costs - They don’t allow anyone to take cameras on tours so they can take all the pictures to sell to you for a crazy amount at the end. So we have no pics of the tour. You sweat in heat for 4-5 hours and they don’t provide bottled water. They need to get the priorities right. Provide essentials in price and stop gauging peoples pockets. It’s about the memories and experience, not playing games with extra costs.
