For this activity, participants will complete a medical questionnaire regarding their health. Following this, a basic theory lesson and pool practice will be conducted to teach the fundamentals of scuba diving. This will be done under the guidance of an experienced and qualified instructor. Afterward, participants will board a boat to the dive sites for two tank dives: the first at MUSA Underwater Museum and the second at Manchones Reef. The return will be to the same dock from which the departure took place.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: - Individuals with asthma, heart or brain issues, high blood pressure, lung lesions, organ transplants, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery within the past year, CANNOT dive.
- It is important to rest for 18 - 24 hours after diving before flying.
- Bring ID, towels, a swimsuit, and any personal care items you may need.
- As the activity takes place on a boat, it is recommended to take anti-nausea pills 1 or 2 hours before boarding for optimal effectiveness.
- Participants must know how to swim for this activity.

- Keep in mind you need to rest between 18 - 24 hours after diving before take an airplane
- For this activity people must know how to swim, also consider for this activity you need to perform scuba skills in the water if you are not able to do it, you can not dive for safety reasons, there is not refund back for these reasons, as the service is provided
- As the activity is from a boat, we suggest take anti-nauseas pills, 1 or 2 hours before getting on the boat for best effects.
- Sunscreen/sunblock are not allowed for coral protection
- Children must be a minimum of 10 years old and maximum age 65 years old

1st Scuba dive - Marin and Carolina were amazing. I was so nervous to dive, it was my first time. Marin made it easy from the start. He made sure the instructions were clear and that I understood. Carolina watched my belongings while we went out as I was alone.
Once in the water Marin made sure I was comfortable and ready to go. He pointed out all the coolest sea animals, and took pictures for me and of me!
When they learned I was getting a taxi to the mall they offered to drop me off as it was on there way!
Thank you so much for an amazing first experience Scuba diving. I will be back with you guys!

Highly recommend and thank you - They were amazingly flexible when SEVERE flooding near the hotel zone delayed my transport to the site. Instruction and practice in the pool were extremely helpful and informative. As a first timer, I felt safe and amazed by the experience during the two real dives. Photo and videos were a wonderful keepsake (additional fee). Highly recommend if you're interested in trying scuba diving.

Absolutely Amazing - Amazing experience. I was nervous as I have a fear of the ocean/sharks but I was put at ease and received great training in the pool. It was like another world down there and saw a turtle.

Fantastic family experience! - Fantastic! Highly recommend as a family adventure!! Small group size was a bonus.
Our family of 4 (kids are 12 & 14) decided to do a beginner scuba dive, and while 2 weren’t able to complete the dive, us other two had an amazing time! Marine and his crew were knowledgeable and ensured we were educated in the pool before heading out on the boat. My husband and daughter attempted to dive but she her ears wouldn’t cooperate. The crew onboard made sure they didn’t miss out, and supplied snorkel equipment. They managed to follow us from the surface and Marine was able to get a family photo of my son and I on the ocean floor with them snorkelling above.
We saw a ton of colourful fish, a manatee and an army of lobsters! We also had a barracuda checking us out. MUSA was amazing and we loved all the different sea life that had made it home.
Do take note that if you think you may get sea sick, take some anti nausea meds with you.

The best around! - Marin & Carolina right from the start were super kind and knowledgeable about everything regarding scuba diving. It was my first time ever doing this and I couldn't have gone without going with A' HA. Marin knew the science behind the measurements and procedures of scuba diving. There was two dives we did and both of them were awesome! Highly recommend, wonderful team!

Marin and Carolina are the BEST! - Our guide was absolutely amazing! It was a great experience regardless of having little scuba experience (we had none) or having much (others had lots). My wife struggled with the pressure in her ears, but the guide helped her take the descent nice and slow so she was still able to enjoy the adventure. The instructor spoke clearly and we easily learned the scuba basics. Safety was a top priority!!

Great instructor - Unfortunately, I had to withdraw from my dive due to stomach issues which started in the pool (at Hotel Sotavento which is behind the Hotel Calypso) as our great instructor was training us. He was very nice to me and hoped I could take the boat ride to see the view. Since the boat did not have a bathroom, I decided not to go. Good thing I did not go on the boat as I experienced minor diarrhea after walking back to my nearby hotel. Carolina was very kind and suggested a nearby pharmacy and to use the larger women's bathroom in the hotel. I will book again next year to give it another try.

Awesome experience!... - Awesome experience! Stayed under water for a total of 105 minutes. I’m a nervous first timer but Marin is very patient. He’s also a professional underwater photographer. Definitely recommend their photo services. They prepared energy bar, bandaid (I had a small blister before arriving), and water. Just take some motion sickness pills, arrive on time and enjoy!

Awesome teaching and explanation, extremely kind staff and great tour/dives. - Awesome experience. Both Marin and Carolina were really kind and welcoming. Firstly we went through the basic of scuba diving and how each tool works. The explanation was extremely clear. Next we stayed for an hour or so inside the pool, praticing the basic stuff, with Marin guiding us the whole time, giving tips and observing. At last we went to the diving spots and did two +- 30-40 minutes dives. Marin accompanied us in both of them, showing hidden animals with his lantern, paying attention to details and adjusting equipment/techniques. Later on we had access to a few pictures/videos of the experience for free and, if we wanted, we could've payed 40 US dollars for a lot more picutres.
Overall, strongly recommend.
