Excellent Tour! - We booked last minute, the day before, because my local friend had something come up. This tour was terrific! Our driver Abby and tour guide Jacklyn were amazing! They were punctual with nice vehicles. They were very knowledgeable about the Mayan ruins and kept our kids engaged. We were taken to the best places to take pictures with the Caribbean as our backdrop. The cenote was really good with half exposed area and half covered with stalactites hanging. Gerry happy with our experience!

Excellent experience! - All wonderful, we were picked up to the hotel in Cancun, our guide Jaqueline was very attentive and friendly. The places we visited were ideal and the time in each of them too.

Excellent! - I did the all inclusive witches nice because you don't have to worry about all the other little taxes everywhere to pay and food and drinks. Frank, Powell and Francisco where so funny and gracious. I loved all of the history about the places we visited. Would do it again.

A great introduction to a... - A great introduction to a fascinating Mayan site and the bonus of a swim in a cenote afterwards! Tulum has one of the most beautiful settings of any of the ruins that I have seen over the years. Returning 32 years after my first visit I was very pleased to find it well looked after and not at all overcrowded. Our guide Gabriel and driver Francisco were so helpful and thoughtful, making sure everyone in the group was happy throughout the tour. Fresh jicama at the end of the Tulum visit was such a nice thing to be met with. Gabriel knows so much about the area, its history and ecology and we enjoyed talking to him about so many things that you wouldn't discover on bigger group tours. We were the only group at the cenote so could really enjoy a refreshing swim. The food from the little food cart was really good - we recommend the tacos al pastor! Thank you again to Gabriel and Francisco for a fantastic day out.

A great experience! - This trip is well organized and worthwhile. Mary was a great guide and well informed. Our time at Tulum was well paced. The swim at the Cenote was refreshing. Especially nice was that we had it almost all to ourselves. Nice sized group of 10. Good communication on pickup.

Good but expensive hidden charges from some of the vendors. - Nice visit just be careful of billing at the cenote for overcharging.. Also charging in USD contrary to the law.

Good tour - This was a great tour. Mary was our guide. She is very knowledgeable and provides interesting facts. They provide you with enough time for pictures. The only drawback was that the tour takes about 11.00 hours to complete while the tour from pick up to drop off . Whereas the booking site says it is a 6 hours tour This is misleading.

English language not even standard for a guided tour - The experience itself is recommended because only for the Mayan ruins it is worth it BUT.. if you decide to offer a tour guide at least make sure that the guide can speak English otherwise there is no point in the guided tour. Our guide Silvestre if he had spoken Spanish surely we would have understood something more instead we found ourselves wandering half an hour in there without understanding anything (among other things a quick ride and then return by bus without even a little free time to turn a little on our own). We were a group of 10 people (all native English speakers besides me and my partner who speak excellent English since we lived in London for 5 years) and I can assure that out of 5 people I asked only 1 understood something of what the guide said. A shame because I could hear the other guides giving in-depth explanations and it was really frustrating. Surely he will also be prepared but the explanation did not live up to expectations. If we knew that, we'd save money and make our own arrangements.

Disappointing - The ruins tour was very disappointing. We never got close to the ruins and didn’t even see the main temple. Our guide spent the whole time telling us about how the Mayans sacrificed women. He told us how they did it (very graphically), how they chose the women and what time of year the did it. He wouldn’t allow us to stop and take photos. He kept saying Ko’ox (which means let’s go in Mayan) He took us to the back of the main temple and gave us 5 minutes to take pics. I would’ve gone around to the front had I know we weren’t going to. I’d recommend a self guided tour! Bring a reusable water bottle as no plastic bottles are allowed in the ruins. The cenote was ok. We brought our own lunch which I’d recommend. There’s only a food truck with a limited menu at the cenote. We had over 2 hours for swimming and barely an hour at the ruins. That needs to be switched. There’s nothing to see at the cenote so you don’t need 2 hours to cool off.
