Tulum/Cenotes/Playa Del Carmen - This was an amazing experience we got to see the Tulum Ruins. Make sure to bring a hat, umbrella, fan. It gets hot. We went to two Cenotes that were beautiful. We also went to Playa del Carmen. You can eat and shop. Our tour guide Carlos is the best. He is of Mayan origin and knows the culture well. He is funny and friendly. Highly recommended this experience.

Awesome Mayan ruins - Awesome experience seeing the Mayan ruins at Tulum My tour was a 1-1 with Raphael who had extensive knowledge and experience The electric vehicles were good and the site was outstanding but a shame that they had destroyed so much jungle I don’t understand why they didn’t have solar panels to generate electricity

It wasn't a very good experience - I'm just going to refer to Tulum's site. Very rude the treatment of the person doing security at the entrance. I think she didn't feel like working or she's tired of dealing with tourists. Specifically, I had a pack of cigarettes in my wallet (no one told me I couldn’t carry them) and forced me to throw them away. I refused, and luckily, the guide gave the package to a salesman and I retrieved it on the way out. If instead of cigarettes, for example, it had been tissues that could not be entered, I would have reacted the same. First, report and if you don’t report, you can put the wallets in a bag and close it as you do in supermarkets. It would be good if there were chemical toilets somewhere on the site and the ground was prepared for people with reduced mobility.

Like I told you sunscreen, repellent (not brand off) and water bottle not the supermarket if you don't want to spend mu - The tour was good but very long you can't do much because you have to do everything fast and I think the ceremony they do after the meal is over I see it a bit commercial bone to sell. Bring bottles for water because they sell them for $5 dollars to get into Tulum mine I will keep souvenir or for when I return ;)

Tulum Ruins - The ruins themselves are very neat to see, however the recently added cost of the Jaguar Park makes the experience less than desirable.

Late and missing key details! - Beware when booking this tour because it is not a complete description. There is a stop to Playa del Carmen on the way back to the hotels for about an hour and a half that isn’t listed on the description and you’re stuck doing it because this is a shared tour. Although we enjoyed out visit to playa del Carmen we have to note that it was annoying finding out when we were already on the bus and were no expecting such a long day. They were also late in picking us up with no communication or warning. I also had to reach out to them the day before because we hadn’t received the details 48 hrs prior as stated on the details. The buffet is an additional $19 USD per person and drinks are also an extra charge.
