Everything was wonderful, lodging, food, fun, walks - It is the second time we go to Tulum, personally I prefer it more than Cancun, the walks, the beaches, the cenotes, the town of Tulum, everything is very good

Well, but you could better describe the walks - The places are beautiful, incredible experience, but in the description were entries in 2 cenotes, this was one of the main reasons we bought but actually we visited only 1 "cenote", beautiful but simple but a very quick visit too. The lunch is simple, in a Maia village, local food, with few options. Guides are experienced! We had problems with the "unlimited on board" drink description. Initially we weren't even given water, but after we talked we got at least 1 bottle of water at the stops. On board, only for those who paid for the package of included drinks.

I think they don't like black people in cancun - It was boring hot and the bus guide kept talking in Spanish when we asked for an English guide ,..........

Excited but quickly crumbled - Coba. The bike riders were very versed in the Mayan cultures. Bus ride was a disaster. Spent more time picking up attendees than on site. Cristian who was guiding the tour was very informative and helpful but hit down after they passed a bucket around for the attendees to give a tip. It was odd that a few hours before our trip ended Manuel walked the bus with a tip bucket for the two guides and bus driver. Never have experienced a tip offering to appear so confrontational. Had to literally hand off the tip to one of the guides. After the tip, it almost appeared as our guides shut down; making it appear like they were not content. Very off putting. We spent 5 hours site and 11 hours on the bus, driving to areas waiting for passengers from all over to join in so many different spots around town. Will never do another tour with this company. I cancelled the other trips an booked with the hotel tours; hopefully they are better.

Poor organisation and time pressure - Catastrophic organization. Recently, there were doubts about the pick-up time, which was corrected from 5:30 to 9:40 on the eve of the tour. Departure was ultimately 10:15. The last booked point "Playa del Carmen" was not fulfilled at all. There would be no offer for guests south of it and should not have been sold by TripAdvisor. The remaining points of the trip were fulfilled under high time pressure. I only give the 2 stars instead of just one because the guide made an effort. You also got detailed information about the sites on the bus
