A Unique Way to See the Sea! - My family and I had a fantastic time on the glass-bottom boat tour in Cancún. It was such a unique and relaxing way to see the beautiful underwater world without even getting wet! The boat was comfortable, and the view through the glass floor was amazing. We saw tons of colorful fish, coral reefs, and even a sea turtle.
Our captain was very friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out different marine life and sharing interesting facts about the area. He made the trip fun and informative for everyone.
If you're looking for a peaceful and magical way to explore the Caribbean Sea, this tour is a must-do. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Beautiful - My partner and I booked the transparent boat experience and it was truly unforgettable! Gliding over the water in a crystal-clear boat felt magical—you can see everything beneath you, from colorful fish to the stunning underwater scenery. It’s such a unique and romantic way to enjoy the ocean together.
The staff were welcoming, professional, and made us feel safe the entire time while also keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed. It was the perfect mix of adventure and tranquility.
If you’re visiting and want a special activity to share as a couple, this is a must-do. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something different and memorable!

Amazing - My wife and I did the glass-bottom boat tour in Cancun, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our trip. The ocean was unbelievably clear we could see fish and coral right through the bottom of the boat, which was such a cool experience. We were both amazed! The crew was super friendly and made us feel comfortable the entire time. It was relaxing, fun, and something totally different. We left with big smiles and great memories. Highly recommend it if you're in Cancun!

A magical experience on the Caribbean Sea! - We did this transparent boat tour with a glass bottom in Cancún and it was amazing. It was just my boyfriend and me, and from the very beginning, we loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were — super punctual and made us feel comfortable the whole time.
The boat itself is incredible! You can clearly see everything underneath: coral reefs, colorful fish, and we even got lucky and saw a turtle swim by. They explained everything with patience and good vibes, and they even took awesome pictures of us.
What I loved the most was how unique it felt to ride over the water while seeing the ocean floor — like floating above a natural aquarium. It’s perfect for couples or anyone wanting to do something different. We had such a great time and would definitely do it again.

The best tour! - We went on the clear boat tour in Cancun and it was such a cool experience! The water was so clear and we got to see tons of fish and coral right under our feet. The staff was super friendly and made the trip really fun and safe. Definitely recommend it if you're in Cancun

Find another activity for the money - Sadly, the coral reef is dead. Did see turtles a few fish and a little sea grass.
No explanation about what lives in and around the lagoon, mangroves, etc…
Coral is white and bleached. Water was pretty. Most of the time photos were taken individually, over the turquoise water. Younger people posing, etc… beer and water provided. Such a waste of time, unless you don’t care about seeing a thriving reef. Mostly in Spanish , with a little English, as required.
Addresses given for the tour was totally wrong.
Wrong area, wrong side of the street, had to ask multiple times where the tour began. Almost missed the departure time.
In my opinion, it wasn’t worth the money and time. I’d spend the money doing another activity.

Unreliable - I got a message one night before the morning of the scheduled boat trip, saying it was cancelled due to weather conditions. Interestingly, the following day was sunny, with no rain and no wind. So, not sure why they cancelled my trip.

NO LICENSE TO DRIVE BOAT!? - I would rate them a ZERO!!
I was about to go on the next tour when the previous tour pulled back to the dock. As they were taking off the Marina, the Marina/Port police stopped them. The person driving the boat didn’t have a license to drive a boat. They got fined and turned the boat back to dock.
How can such company allow someone to drive without a license. Especially when families are on these tours. Very disgusted with how they conduct br

Bad experience scam captain without license - I had a terrible experience, I hired the transparent boat in Isla Mujeres, when I arrived from Cancun, they told me that they no longer left, they never told me that the hours were until 16 hours, being that they sold me at 15 hours, they told me that I could take it in Cancun the next day, when I wanted to do it they wanted to charge me extras, I did it... in the middle of the trip we were stopped by the coastal police the Captain had no license, they returned to the coast and they did not want to refund my money
